Large pool and patio to watch endless sunsets/stargaze and grill out.

3 KING BEDS and 4 FULL SHOWERS plus a jacuzzi brand jet bath tub in the master suite. Blackout shades in every room.

Lake house meets tech world with smart TVs in every room with the ability to airplay music through the entire house. Reclining theater chairs provide a cozy spot to relax after a long day. Pool table, ping pong and four hole putting green with adult and kids clubs. Loft above garage is a great separate space. Full bathroom, TV, massage chair, double bed and single bed trundles. It’s a great place for kids to sleep and hangout or a private room away from all the action. Kitchenette including mini fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.

This property is in a fantastic location. It's just far enough from the city but close enough to enjoy all of its amenities. The house is located on a peninsula so the views are great from just about every room in the house. You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout at the large pool. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is near the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use. The house has the BEST SPOT TO WATCH JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. The fire work show is right in front of you. The Frisco Star, Shops of legacy and Stonebriar mall are within 30 minutes.

Lake hiuse in a beautiful area!

Perfect place for the summer time, we came during a rainy weekend. Still had a great time, games for the kids and family. Comfy seating in living room for movies. Bed rooms were perfect! The added loft above the garage was perfect for our adult children!!!

College Graduation

The property was a great location. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone was comfortable and we had a lot of fun. The hostess was accommodating . Only draw back was all the doorway entries had a lot of mosquitoes. Making it a little uncomfortable upon entry into the home. Other than that we had a really pleasurable stay.

We enjoyed are 9 days there. Traveled to play baseball 8u world series. House was clean pool everything i really recommend to stay there. Danny was great and always on top of everything thank you so much

Family getaway

Long weekend with sons and their families, spent 3 days by the pool. The kids had a blast, when kids are happy everyone is happy. It was a quiet property and very private. Great place for a getaway!

Family Time

We enjoyed this home. We had a 6 month grandchild who stayed in a king room with her parents, a 2 year old grandchild who slept in a queen bunk bed. Originally we thought they would prefer the loft, but the doors would be unlocked too easily for the 2 yr old to get out on her own. What was very nice was that the house is very soundproof. We could close a door to the hallway and the rooms where the kids napped was quiet even though there was a lot of family activity in the main part of the home. The king bed in the master is two twin adjustable beds. Nice if you like that option, but the divide between the two mattresses took some getting use to. Communication with the host was very good and Danny was very responsive.

Summer pool time

This place was great. Loved the atmosphere and location. We do a family/ friends gathering many times in the summer and I would definitely recommend this place. So relaxing and viewing the lake out the windows is always a place. Will definitely look for availability next summer.

Lake house

No lake access, but the house is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and other outdoor games available. We also enjoyed the pool/ping-pong table inside. The views of the lake were awesome. Recommend this property really did enjoy location and the peaceful atmosphere.

Fun family weekend

We stayed at this Lake view property for a family birthday weekend. We had a great time here with plenty of room for our 13 guests. The owners are easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

Family reunion

Nice home in a good neighborhood in quiet private culdesac. Great pool area for outside relaxing and gathering with view of lake. Perfect house for sports or movie enthusiasts - comfy theater chairs and large TVS! Good area for gathering around the table for dining! Would recommend this home by the lake!!

Mini Family Vacation

The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit as well as the time spent at the pool. There were also plenty of TVs to watch movies. We did not stay in the loft but the other rooms in the main house were large enough to accommodate our family and the beds were comfortable.

Great place for family and friends

We stayed in Danny’s place for our son’s wedding weekend in Aubrey. It was a great location for us and a great home base for our family and friends.. The lake views are amazing. It is spacious and well stocked. The theatre chairs and the two large TVs in the living areas were a hit. Especially with the NCAA tournament going on. We’d definitely love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool too.

Fun Pool

The room over the garage was great for the teenagers. The younger kids enjoyed the pool. You could see the lake but no immediate access. The only bedroom with a private bath was the master. The garage room also has it's own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Son's wedding

We had such a wonderful time! We had family from 4 states come in for my son wedding. Danny was so accommodating. We had plenty of room to hang out, eat together and enjoy some fun. It was also super helpful to have 4 bathrooms when getting ready for the big day. Thanks again Danny!

Fourth of July

We stayed here over the Fourth of July. We enjoyed the fireworks at Little Elm from the yard. Spent time in the pool. Loved the loft and areas inside the home to play games and watch movies. WE also loved all the touches of home. Spices, grilling tools, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and some paper goods. Which odd really helpful when traveling and trying to cook in a new place! We really appreciated that. All in all we had a great family vacation!

Amazing stay for Golf Team and parents

Spacious home that accommodated our golf team and 6 parents. The boys loved having a pool to cool off in and their own hang out space in the large room above the garage. The air conditioner in this room dripped a lot of water from condensation. House was overall clean but some of the kitchen cabinets could use some attention. Manager was quick to respond to questions.

Great potential but disappointed!

The place has great potential! It is a fairly nice house with a beautiful, fun back yard and lovely views. It is a bit secluded which is nice but takes a little longer to get places. However, we were very disappointed with many things. Almost every time I texted the host about an issue, he would say he would check with housekeeping and never got back to me on it. There was a large wad of black hair in one of the showers. He asked me which one and said they videotape the house before people come. I told him which one and no response on that. I told him there was no dishwasher detergent. He told me two other places to look and there was none. He said he would check with housekeeping and...no response after that. The closest store is 15 minutes away and we had already done our shopping so had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to buy dishwasher detergent. There is a room over the garage with steep stairs on the side of the house. The lightbulb was burned out, making it very difficult to see and dangerous. He told me one of the switches would work. I tried four switches by the door. I told him the light was burned out and asked if he had more bulbs somewhere. No response. There were cobwebs all over the patio furniture. There was a dirty towel in one of the cupboards. I told him about that. No response. The icemaker and garbage disposal do not work. The towels are super thin and pillows are uncomfortable. Kitchen floor needs repair. It's too bad they don't keep up on the place.

Beautiful home with every amenity needed! Very clean & comfortable with a great variety of games indoor & out. Neighborhood is beautiful, private and quiet. Host is quick to respond & very helpful!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Family in town for a Funeral

We had 10 of our family in town from Iowa. This house was just what we needed for our family with kids as young as 4 and my uncle who is 88. The highlight is the large pool and deck. The kids especially enjoyed the floating mat that they could stand on. The putting green and corn hole game were also a lot of fun. This VRBO is on the end of a peninsula, quiet and dark.Thanks for a place to socialize during the weekend of my father's funeral.

I was born in Wichita, Kansas and my wife was born in Dallas, Texas. Our family has a strong passion for water-sports and being outdoors. Our relationship began in college where we met attending the University of North Texas. My wife had a strong snowboarding background where she grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I myself grew up wakeboarding professionally. We love board sports and extreme activities. We live within 20 minutes of this property which makes it very convenient.
