Beautiful 8.5 acres farm house with sunroom and basketball court

Enjoy 8.5 acres farmhouse with beautiful sun room and open shed(garage) for fresh breeze air. The house is super clean with new furniture upgrade feels like a home away from home and perfect escape from the fast pace of city life. New basketball court is added for more fun. 5 mins drive to Ray Roberts state park and 10 Minutes drive To Lake Ray Roberts for water fun activities. Grocery store and fast food centers are in 5 mins drive and 15 mins drive to Walmart and popular restaurants.
The space
This is a beautiful modern farmhouse where you and your family & friends can spend quality time. The house is surrounded by farms where horses can be seen. A huge backyard for fun plays and relaxing. Sun room with sliding doors around is a special attraction for hangouts. Half court size(more than 1600 sqft) basketball area is added for guests entertainment. Less than 20 minutes drive to The French Farmhouse Wedding Venue.

There are plenty of attractions near by

1. Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch (less than 5 minutes drive) - exotic species in a 126 acres park that offers tram rides

2. Ray Robert’s Lake State Park (5 minutes drive) - camp, hike, ride horse, rollerblade, geocache or go backpacking and swimming

3. Black Mustang Ranch (6 minutes drive) - horse activities, horse back riding lessons

The host was very helpful and responded in great time. This place was great for our dogs. They had lots of room to just run around outside. The house was very clean. The only thing is those darn trains going through at 12 midnight and 230 in the morning.

Weekend Trip

Some friends and I stayed here for a weekend and the property was very nice. We enjoyed playing cornhole under the covered patio and playing basketball.

Great weekend stay for a wedding

The house was wonderful for our family. We were in town all weekend for wedding festivities, and the house was perfect! Communication with the host was great, and the house was clean and spacious! Great experience overall!

This was a great home for the guys to spend two nights together. Lots of activities and just minutes from the wedding venue. Quick communication and very willing to help with a couple of accommodations.

Very nice house and location

The property was just as described. We had plenty of room for our vehicles and boats. It was a quiet area and only 10 minutes to the marina. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here to have room for our family to be together while visiting relatives in Gunter, Tx. This lovely home has a good amount of space and a big, beautiful kitchen. It is a little hard to find in the dark but worth the effort.

AWESOME HOME AND PROPERTY OWNER!

Needed a place to host an event after me and my wife’s wedding! Host was graciously kind enough to let us do that and the best part was it was super close to our wedding venue and the home was large enough for us to have a good time and even enjoy a little basketball game out back! All in all, the host was super communicative when I would ask questions and his response time was immediate! Please consider booking this home if you are in Aubrey, TX!

Spring break getaway

This is a great property, perfect for our family with 4 boys . The half court basketball was their favorite. It’s spacious , and clean ,open layout of the kitchen to the dining area and the living room. My dogs love the huge space that they can run around freely . The owner is very responsive, considerate ,and answers your questions within seconds . He’s always available. We will definitely book again. Thanks Hari !

Good experience, great support from owner

Getting my daughter married at a nearby venue but all family lives out of state. Wanted a house for all to stay together. This house accommodated 9 of us for a week, plenty of room. The outside of the house appears small, but very spacious inside. House was just as the pictures presented. It was quite hard to find as standard gps cannot find it and sent us next door. Was not expecting small dirt road, perhaps better signage at road or landmark of some type. Owner sent a message with a few landmarks to look for, just didnt get the message until after we already figured it out. Conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, lake, not far from Denton and easy to get to 35E. Cons would be a shortage of dishes and silverware. No baking sheet, but plenty of pots/pans, cups, small appliances. BBQ should be removed, almost caught fire and the house needs a fire extinguisher just in case. A bit inconvenient to park in the back, but have to enter only from the front door. Perhaps consider adding keypad to back door entrance. All in all a good place to stay, would recommend for sure. Owner was very responsive and courteous.

Amazing experience

The House: Very clean and everything was working. Three bedroom and although from the outside it may look small. Inside the house is big and beautiful and the bathroom are amazing. Best part of the house is the property it sits on. 8.5 acres of beautiful land and it includes a half court basketball. The house does have an outside grill. The Host: was amazing and very attentive it took mins to recieve a response and was always extremely helpful. Comments: the house is not located in the busy Dallas neighborhood. But it gives you the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy your company. Con: that I can think of, only one. Its not for me but for those who are hard at following gps and house marker or a brighter mailbox would help find the entrance to the property. In conclusion, next time in Dallas. I will definitely will hope to stay here again. Thank you.
