Located on the right side of Geribá, one of the most sought-after areas in Búzios, this charming house combines comfort and convenience in one place.

Situated on the 2nd floor, accessed by a small staircase, it offers a cozy and well-organized space so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The condominium offers guests a comfortable stay and 24-hour security, and has a privileged location 400 meters from Geribá beach. One of the most famous beaches in Búzios, known for its perfect waves for surfing and a lively atmosphere. Ideal for walking, water sports and relaxing on the sand.

When you arrive at the condominium, if you wish, you can schedule a 30-minute/day cleaning service, depending on the team's schedule availability. This service is provided directly by the condominium's caretaker and we have no influence over it;

IMPORTANT:

- For reservations with pets, it is important to note that we only accept small pets and a maximum of 2. In case of damages, or the need for extra cleaning, the guest will be charged after check-out.

If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if additional services are required during your stay.

Our check-in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests. We have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.

The condominium is made up of independent houses, which can be on the ground floor or upper level. Our house is on the upper level.
