We are conveniently located, located 10 min from grocery stores, great restaurants, and entertainment allowing you to explore the great attractions the lake has to offer.

Great little complex, family and adult friendly. Quiet and peaceful, with great views. Centrally located for easy access to and from multiple popular lake destinations.

Both pools/hot tubs are available for guests to use as well as work out areas, group meeting hall, tennis courts, walking/running trails.

Driving is always an option, the lake has taxi services by water or land. Uber does operate in the area as well. We are located about 10 min from Horny Toads, Shady gators and 12 min from Downtown Lake Ozarks.

Access to walking trails is a short walk from the condo. They stretch the entire length of the peninsula.

Located at the 9MM our pools have one of the best views on the lake.

There are two pools on site as well as tennis courts and a swim area in the lake where you can launch paddle boards or kayaks.

Boat launches located Just down the road. (fee required to launch).

Prior to your stay, you will be required to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.
Fees and Charges-
• A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to every reservation; this covers standard turnover cleaning between guests and is not a deposit.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per stay applies when guests bring pets (limit 2). Guests must select the pet option during the booking process to disclose a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $99 fine.
