Cette chambre 2, 2 unité de bain est située à condominiums Copper Ridge Doté d'une terrasse moustiquaire et une vue splendide sur le lac et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Décoré avec goût, cet appareil dispose d'un lit Queen dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen dans la Chambre d'hôtes et un grand canapé en coupe, dormir confortablement 6 personnes. Missouri is the land of hills

I have no complaints about the property. If I return to the area, I would stay here again. But beware, the state is very, very hilly and every where you go you will be climbing up hills. I got a real workout in this state.

I was looking to get away for a few days to relax. The view from the balcony was awesome. I drank my morning coffee there and had a drink in the evenings and watched the sunset.

Weekend at the lake

When we first arrived at the condo, it wasn’t clear what unit it was, and we walked into somebody else’s condo. She told us which one it was so apparently it has happened before. That was awkward. The code worked on that condo as well. Not a great start to our vacation. Condo is very outdated. Carpet was filthy and needs replacement. There was a questionable dark stain on the white shower curtain. Mildew on the patio rug.

It was a quiet complex. Needs a little updating but was super nice and amazing views. Tv didn’t work in one room but no biggie. Didn’t like the parking situation for carrying our luggage and groceries but Overall we’d stay again!

Beautiful Lake but a boat is needed and expensive to rent.

Not what it appears to be

The view from the property is spectacular and the property manager is very timely with communication and was accommodating which is why we gave it a 3 star vs 2. This property is VERY outdated, which we read but still gave it a try. This is beyond out dated cabinets and decor. The bathrooms are outdated, the shower dials to turn them on are old and broken and the tub of showers don't drain when you shower. There are several places inside that have parts of pain and dry wall missing. The walls had several areas that need washed--- fresh coat of pain would level up the feeling of staying somewhere clean. There were several dishes put away that still had food on them---- a pan was out away with bacon grease still in it. Though the deck was nice it was very old (a little elbow grease would make it feel more inviting and clean), the swing was falling apart (a few minor cost free interventions would fix it). There was a nice patio table and chairs there and there were pool noodles to use as well which we enjoyed. No fault of the property, but there are LOTS of stairs to the pool and to get down the the pretty gazebo so if you have difficulty this would not be the place for you. We really wanted to enjoy this property as we are looking for a regular place to stay, but this just was not it. We also had some concern with how the security of this property is handled. The pool is nice and fairly well maintained. This space is quite small on the inside, the pictures are deceiving.

Nice getaway

My friend and I enjoyed a nice quiet time. The porch was awesome! There was a screened in area and an open air area with a porch swing... great for coffee and a good book. The place was clean and description and pictures were accurate, but not really up to date. We didnt care. We weren't there for the decor, and would much rather have it clean, which it was! No kleenex, body wash in shower, etc, so be sure to bring everything you need, including beach towels.

Ozark Family Fun

We stayed in the condo to be close to family who was staying nearby. It was a perfect quiet spot for my sister and I at the end of fun in and on the water. Views were spectacular - morning coffee on the deck as the lake woke up and sunset views with a glass of wine - delightful.

Sibling vacation

The property itself was well-maintained, parking was tricky as we got the last spot upon arrival. Walking to the condo with all of our luggage and groceries was rough, because we had to park near the street. There was an awful smell outside near the complex, but didn’t smell it near our condo. The ceiling in bathroom appeared to have water damage, the towel rack fell off the wall, there was green moss/mold growing on outside railing and carpet. The deck needed some serious TLC, but the view made you forget about it a bit, just watch for nails sticking up!! The appliances were very dated, but everything was in working order as stated! Swimming off the dock was so fun, we didn’t go to the pool it was too busy for the size, and the neighborhood dog didn’t want us there! The lock on the trash was very tricky, I couldn’t get it without help, leaving the last day, the trash was overflowing, everyone was just setting their trash next to it! I would suggest more receptacles and a better lock, also maybe a sanitizer near the trash bc it was nasty!! I don’t like to give negative reviews, but for the price I expected a more up to date stay. If you go in knowing it’s in need of repairs you will have a great time!

Great sunset view every night

We had a very nice stay. Could use a few more supplies in the kitchen but nothing we could not get by with and there was good water pressure and clean towels. The area was very nice and peaceful Monday-Friday Am. Just what we were hoping for. Sitting on the deck was the best.

My wife and I live in the metro St. Louis area. Our condo has been a very happy place for my entire family. We have had the unit for over 25 years and have enjoyed watching our kids and their friends grow up during the fun filled summers at the lake. We enjoy the quaintness of the complex with only 25 units, it is quiet and very well maintained by all of us Owners.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the complex 25 years ago when my family would vacation through the summers. We always rented other condos because of the benefits of having our own place with all of the pleasures of home. After a couple of summers, we decided to make an investment and buy our own place. After several months of searching, we found Copper Ridge. Right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets on the Lake. We always look forward to coming back. We like it so much; we purchased a second unit at the complex.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sunsets on the screen in our open deck. On the water where kids can play and swim. A boat slip that can accommodate any boat up to 26'. Perfect for your pontoon or speedboat. Fishing is great off of the docks. Lots of crappie and bass. Swimming pool with many deck chairs and shady areas too. Sloped walkways make 50 feet walk to the water a breeze. Close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
