Il n'y a rien de tel que de rester à Ocean City dans une propriété face à l'océan. Vous allez adorer la commodité d'aller et venir de la plage! Un grand balcon panoramique offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la baie. Profitez des magnifiques levers de soleil ou écoutez les vagues déferler sur le rivage tout en vous détendant de votre journée remplie de plaisir. Le patio vous permet également de garder un œil sur les enfants pendant qu’ils s’amusent à la plage ou profitent de la piscine extérieure. Situé sur la 35ème rue, vous serez à 8 pâtés de maisons de la promenade, à quelques minutes de marche du parc d'attractions Jolly Roger, du golf miniature et de nombreux restaurants et bars!

Ce fabuleux 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain peut accueillir 6 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles. Il y a une salle de bain Jack et Jill avec une deuxième salle de bain complète. Vous apprécierez la télévision dans chaque chambre, la climatisation centrale et un accès Internet sans fil pour vous permettre de rester connecté. Super Clean and Beautiful View

The hosts were super accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Great communication and the condo was super clean, great amenities. The beds and couches were better than home, the porch and view were better than pictured. We would definitely try to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer Beach is the Ideal location. Our Condo faces the Ocean. When you are not sitting or walking on the Beach, you can watch the Surfers catching waves. We are Dog Lovers and enjoy seeing their people play with them on the Beach. My husband and I bring my Best friend and her daughter every year. We have a Stress Free stay. This Unit is very Pretty. When it’s time to go home, we don’t want to leave.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. It was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. We will definitely rent there again.

Perfect Location for Fun

Great Location for Restaurants and Entertainment. We Love our Ocean View and being able to walk right out on the Beach. Very Comfortable. We will be back.

Birthday Follies

Celebrated my 75th trip around the Sun with my Husband, My Best Friend and by Beautiful Funny Godchild. This was our third stay at Summer Beach. Love the Calming Sound of Waves and Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets. Great Location. This Condo will always be our Go To Place when visiting Ocean City, Maryland.

Excellent location with beautiful ocean view.

Loved this property. Very clean and comfortable. Mostly updated. (Bathroom could used some updates.) All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Short getaway

Everything was neat and clean. Lots of bathroom towels and hand soap available. Only complaint was the tables in living room were not what is shown in the pictures and there was no rug on the living room floor.

Bright and Beautiful Condo

The moment we walked in we were so pleased by the openness, bright and cheery beachy decor and that beautiful ocean view. Location is far enough off the boardwalk to avoid noise but close enough to walk the boardwalk. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the waves, fishing boats and dolphins. Very comfortable bed, nice pillows, comfy leather recliners, convenient parking. Only criticism would be the sliding doors could use an upgrade, a bit hard to open and close. I would love to return and highly recommend this condo.

Lovely Property

It was wonderful! We saw dolphins almost every day, and some days more than once. The location is great with easy access to everything you would want or need. The condo itself was roomy and very comfortable. There was something strange with the water. First thing in the morning, we couldn't get cold water, but then it went back to normal. It wasn't a problem, because we made a minor adjustment to what we did when. Overall we loved it, and would go back again, and again. I recently tried to find an open date to book again, but none were available.

Just what we needed!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a RELAXING winter vacation! Beautiful views of the beach - complete with surfers dressed in wetsuits catching the waves. The condo was VERY well equipped, with everything you need for a long - or short! stay. Management company was very responsive and addressed all my questions quickly - we were concerned about how COVID restrictions might impact our stay. Just be aware - there is NOT a lot to do in OCMD in the winter! But we were looking for a break from the four walls at home - and our vacation to SUMMER BEACH did not disappoint! We will be back!

Well worth what we paid!! Extremely clean condo and can’t beat the oceanfront view! Great communication from the property owner, easy check in and check out. Easy access to the beach and a great central location…so many restaurants and boardwalk within walking distance. We hope to visit again next year. Thanks for making our first trip to Ocean City a great one!!

Great little stay!

Everything about this property was great! The view!!! Amazing! Besides that everything was really comfortable and worked well. We had no issues during the stay, the beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I love that the linens were there and beds were made when we arrived due to a very very late check in! I would most definitely stay at this condo again!

Need a new cleaning service

Hello, This is Tammy, Mrs Fitzsimmons. This email is to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the condo at Summer Beach 3 35th Street. My husband already emailed you, but I wanted to convey my concerns with you directly. The condo was not very clean. I think my husband sent you pictures. I will try and send them again. I had to clean the condo when I got here so that I could feel comfortable staying. The guest bathroom when you come in the front door had absolutely not been cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink. There was pubic hairs on the toilet seat, dust and other stuff on the toilet. Th The small trash cans in the bathrooms and bedrooms are filthy no trash bags. There was only one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan. I had to go downstairs and ask for more at the front desk. There was sand on the coffee table and the kitchen counters. There was grease on the stove and all over the side of the refrigerator because that had not been cleaned. I had to clean that also. I scrubbed the bathtub in the bathroom as you walk through the front door because that didn’t look like it had been cleaned either. The dishwasher was full of dishes. I turned the dishwasher on wash them and put them away. I don’t think it’s fair that we paid 1740 for three nights and I had to come and clean the place and then you expect me to clean it again before I leave. I would like to be reimbursed the cleaning fee. I believe it was 200 for 250. Whoever you got Cleaning this place

Thanksgiving

Our stay was just perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. The home was clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but it was just perfect! No problems what so ever. I would suggest letting renters know before hand that the lobby closes at 5:00 pm so they have access to the building or can make arrangements to get in just in the event they are a bit late. We thought the lobby closed at 7:00pm. Fortunately we were there early enough. No biggie though we give the owner, the property manager and the condo a 5. I would give it a 5 but the the dated kitchen and baths was the only negative. Merry Christmas and thanks we will be back!

The new washer and dryer combo was a nice surprise. the pool was not in service again this year and we were disappointed. Hopefully that will be fixed by next season. We love midtown and hope to stay here again.

Nice Condo….

Overall the condo is great! We enjoyed our week stay. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. We loved having a full fridge with water and ice maker. I would note cleaning crew needs to clean water spout on the fridge it was pretty dirty and had black mold ( I cleaned most of it up) Some suggestions would be to add hand towel holders in the bathrooms so hand towels can dry, and the outside area could use an update maybe add a dining set. My family loved eating outside watching the waves on the beach and it was a little tough without a dining set.
