Il n'y a rien de tel que de rester à Ocean City dans une propriété face à l'océan. Vous allez adorer la commodité d'aller et venir de la plage! Un grand balcon panoramique offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la baie. Profitez des magnifiques levers de soleil ou écoutez les vagues déferler sur le rivage tout en vous détendant de votre journée remplie de plaisir. Le patio vous permet également de garder un œil sur les enfants pendant qu’ils s’amusent à la plage ou profitent de la piscine extérieure. Situé sur la 35ème rue, vous serez à 8 pâtés de maisons de la promenade, à quelques minutes de marche du parc d'attractions Jolly Roger, du golf miniature et de nombreux restaurants et bars!

Ce fabuleux 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain peut accueillir 6 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles. Il y a une salle de bain Jack et Jill avec une deuxième salle de bain complète. Vous apprécierez la télévision dans chaque chambre, la climatisation centrale et un accès Internet sans fil pour vous permettre de rester connecté. La cuisine complète comprend des armoires améliorées et est idéale pour les soirées où vous souhaitez avoir un repas économique à la maison!

The host was an absolutely great! My sister and I go away once a year just the 2 of us. This condo is definitely were we will be staying from now on. We walked into a darked condo. But oh my goodness the view uncover is absolutely beautiful. You have this panoramic view that runs past the bedroom. Very clean and well appointed for our needs. Very tastefully decorated. We are already looking forward to next year.
5:30 in the morning. The colors over the ocean were beautiful!

Well worth what we paid!! Extremely clean condo and can’t beat the oceanfront view! Great communication from the property owner, easy check in and check out. Easy access to the beach and a great central location…so many restaurants and boardwalk within walking distance. We hope to visit again next year. Thanks for making our first trip to Ocean City a great one!!

Great little stay!

Everything about this property was great! The view!!! Amazing! Besides that everything was really comfortable and worked well. We had no issues during the stay, the beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I love that the linens were there and beds were made when we arrived due to a very very late check in! I would most definitely stay at this condo again!

When you are not sitting or walking on the Beach, you can watch the Surfers catching waves. We are Dog Lovers and enjoy seeing their people play with them on the Beach. My husband and I bring my Best friend and her daughter every year. We have a Stress Free stay. This Unit is very Pretty. When it’s time to go home, we don’t want to leave.

Super Clean and Beautiful View

The hosts were super accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Great communication and the condo was super clean, great amenities. The beds and couches were better than home, the porch and view were better than pictured. We would definitely try to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. The layout of the condo was great. The view spectacular! The furniture was very comfy. The home wasn’t thoroughly clean... even though we didn’t use it- the stove was not clean. There were alot of crumbs under the burners, the display was smudgy, there were ‘spills’ on the fridge doors. One main issue we had was on our check out day, our code was deactivated by about 7am. We got locked out for over an hour & no follow up to make sure we finally got back in!

Great views, ideal location

The condo was great, and the views were outstanding. We were able to walk to the Boardwalk and many restaurants from the condo.

Enjoyable stay

Great location, quite convenient. We got good value for the price. The view of the beach was nice and we took advantage of the balcony on two sides.

A great place for a great getaway

We stayed here over Christmas 2020 since we weren't able to gather with extended family. A cold time to be at the beach, but it made for a special, quiet time for our small family to be together.

Perfect Location for Fun

Great Location for Restaurants and Entertainment. We Love our Ocean View and being able to walk right out on the Beach. Very Comfortable. We will be back.

Birthday Follies

Celebrated my 75th trip around the Sun with my Husband, My Best Friend and by Beautiful Funny Godchild. This was our third stay at Summer Beach. Love the Calming Sound of Waves and Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets. Great Location. This Condo will always be our Go To Place when visiting Ocean City, Maryland.

Amazing!

Great property at a great location. The views were absolutely incredible and just a few steps from the beach. Plenty of space for family of four. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Could’ve been a bit cleaner and beds weren’t super comfortable but otherwise perfect property. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this property. Very clean and comfortable. Mostly updated. (Bathroom could used some updates.) All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Would highly recommend

This property is so nice. We enjoyed the balcony and was a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk or drive a short distance to most things that we wanted to do. The property was very nice and clean. We hope that we will be able to get this condo next year.
