• No Smoking of Any Kind:
Smoking is strictly prohibited—this includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. This applies both inside and outside the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine and immediate eviction.

• No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances. Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.

• Weekend Gardening Notice:
