Welcome to Sandy Beach Retreat, a fun and relaxed beach house in the heart of Sea Isle, Galvestonâperfect for families, friends, and anyone looking to kick back just steps from the surf. With two queen bedrooms and a bunk room designed for kids or extra guests, this breezy getaway has everything you need for a laid-back coastal vacation, including beachfront Gulf views, game-time fun, and plenty of outdoor space to soak in the salty air.
The main level sets the tone with an open living area full of natural light, vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows that frame the sparkling Gulf. The living room is a cozy hub for lounging and movie nights, and the added arcade games make it just as much a play zone as a chill zone. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual bites or morning coffee, while the dining area offers a comfortable table for six with deck access just steps away. The main level also features the primary suite, complete with a queen bed, private deck access, and an en suite bathroomâideal for recharging after a long day of beach adventures. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor to keep your beachwear fresh.
Upstairs, a hallway sitting area gives guests an extra spot to read, play games, or simply take a break. This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 â 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are âtraveling with petsâ prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) â purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!
