Welcome to The Little Sunflower by the Sea — the happiest home in GALVESTON!

Soak up the sunshine and good vibes at this bright, cheerful beachfront retreat with stunning ocean views. Thoughtfully designed with warmth and charm, it’s the perfect place for smaller families to relax, reconnect, and make lifelong memories.

This beach front home (with direct beach access) offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including two king bedrooms, a playful bunk room for the kids, and a cozy daybed tucked inside the bunk space — perfect for reading, napping, or winding down after a day in the sun.

LAYOUT:

Ground Level: You’ll find everything you need for outdoor fun — an outdoor shower, hammock, grill, picnic table, and swings. We’ve also stocked plenty of beach supplies so you’re always ready for a day in the sand.

First Floor: Bright and welcoming, this level features an ocean-view living and dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious walk-in pantry filled with all your cooking essentials, and a convenient powder bath.

Second Floor: The primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck with beautiful ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. Across the hall, you’ll find the second king bedroom, the bunk room, and a shared guest bathroom.

Start your mornings on the top deck with a warm cup of coffee and a sunrise you’ll never forget. After a full day of beach adventures, come home to a soak in the hot tub, dinner on the grill, or a swing in the hammock as the sun sets.

At The Little Sunflower by the Sea, every day feels a little lighter, a little brighter, and a whole lot more magical.

This is the perfect house in the perfect location. The private beach and the hot tub were perfect. The house itself was very clean with everything you would need for your stay. There is a grocery store just a one minute walk away that also has anything you may have forgotten or need. The host is absolutely amazing and quick to respond with any questions you may have. We rebooked this house before we even left!

Beautiful Beach House!

Check in was well explained and super easy! The kitchen had all the necessities plus some. I appreciated the crockpot! Our stay was very comfortable from the beds and linens to the plush bath towels. The hosts were prompt, professional and kind with communication regarding our stay! Have already recommended to friends!

This beach house was perfect in every way. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need — from flashlights for the kids’ evening crab hunts to a lighted path leading straight to the sand. The dĂ©cor is clean, calming, and beautiful, and every detail felt high-quality — comfy mattresses, plush towels, and even fancy soap! Not to mention the amazing view from the top porch! We felt completely at home. It’s clear the hosts put so much care into creating a relaxing, memorable space. We’re already looking at dates to come back — that’s how much we loved it!

Our family (my wife, our two little boys, and I) had the absolute best time at this home. Everything about the house was thoughtfully designed—especially for families with young kids. From the practical touches that made daily life easy, to the beautifully curated dĂ©cor, every detail felt intentional and welcoming.The views were stunning, and the direct backyard access to the beach made every day feel like a dream. You can tell a lot of care went into both building and furnishing this home—it truly felt like a retreat.Communication with the owners was top-notch: friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish.Whether you’re planning a personal getaway with your loved one or a full family vacation, this place delivers on every level. All in all, an incredible experience and one we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend!
