The Master and Secondary bedrooms are located on the main floor. The spacious Master Bedroom has a plush king-size mattress, with a reading nook & fireplace + a walk-in closet. The Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed with a standard closet and dresser.

There are two spacious bathrooms available to you. The main floor bathroom includes a shower & tub. There is tons of storage for your toiletries. The secondary bathroom also includes a shower and is located in the basement for access to all guests.

Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, making it a perfect place to create gourmet meals with family and friends. Offering all needed cooking utensils and spices. There is a high chair, plates, bowls, utensils and cups for kiddos too.

This house is perfectly located with easy access to Olde Town, Arvada. 10-15 minutes to your Denver festivities, 7 minutes to the fun bars & shops on Tennyson Street, 15-20 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater and 1 hour to the nearest ski resort.

We know our guests arrive at all hours of the day. We have a basket full of quick snacks to hold you over upon arrival. The house has a drip coffee maker & Keurig w/ coffee provided & electric tea kettle w/ tea provided.

☆☆KID'S AMENITIES☆☆
We offer a pack-n-play crib, toddler/kids toys and a high chair for your little ones. We also offer a bathing bed for you to use in the showers when washing your little ones. All items are cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Please note, the home is cooled by an evaporative cooler. (Very common in Colorado) VRBO doesn't have this option available for hosts to select. Temperature is controlled on a dial next to the heating thermostat.
