We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This property is amazing! Beautiful views and great fishing right off the dock. My wife and I stayed for our belated anniversary and we couldnt have been happier. We will be back.

We loved staying at the paraiso property. The outdoor space was amazing. After walking the entire beach, this property it was definitely among the best for outdoor entertainment. It has it all covered between the pier, beach, pool and patio. The indoor space was also very nice and unique. The property is separated into a main floor (upper) with the kitchen, family room, dining room, two bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. The beach level has two separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath, rooms. Each separated by its own entry, away from the main, upper level of the house. This works well for privacy but also may not be ideal for families with smaller children. The golf cart was also a nice added feature to the property. Property management was easy to work with and timely with responses to our questions. We look forward to possibly staying there again in August!

Nice Beachfront Easter Trip

We stayed at the property for a long Easter weekend. We can’t say enough positives about the property and WILL BE BACK. Well appointed/equipped, perfect location that’s close to Barnacle's, great fishing, nice swim spa, unbeatable sunrise view!! We saw manatees from the dock daily as well as dolphins. So neat!We had a great time and had perfect weather! Only negative was a pump at the house water system that went out Saturday before Easter. The Team at Tortuga responded quickly and did everything they could to get it working again. It was working fully Monday by lunch once the new part made it to the island. (Considering on an island and them providing endless water bottles, accommodations in the meantime all was very commendable)I would note the two downstairs rooms are exterior entry and aren’t really connected to the upstairs at all, perfectly fine for us but for a large crew or family might be a noteworthy thing.

The property was beautiful. The communication with the property management company was less than ideal. We had a toilet reported not working the first day that was never repaired. Air conditioning unit in main space went out. They quickly fixed. It happened again with no response from the property management company. Even as we were leaving still no response. I find that disheartening for such a lovely and very pricing property. You shouldn’t have to deal with these type things on your vacation. And the lack of response was very frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to learn of these concerns only after the review was posted, as the owners were never contacted directly during the stay and therefore were not given the opportunity to address or resolve the issues. After speaking with the guest, it became clear that the concerns had been communicated to a third-party, rather than directly to ownership. Unfortunately, the information never reached us. We take guest satisfaction very seriously and would have responded immediately had we been made aware of the issues during the stay. Following our conversation, the guest acknowledged that the concerns never reached the owners, expressed understanding of the situation, and advised that they would be willing to remove the review. We are currently working with VRBO regarding the review process. We appreciate the opportunity to provide this additional context for future guests until the review is removed
