Plusieurs chambres ont des balcons qui donnent sur l'ocĂ©an, toutes les chambres ont vue sur l'ocĂ©an, tout comme une grande piĂšce, une cuisine et un coin salon infĂ©rieur. Front du golfe Ă  droite sur la plage. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous et regardez le soleil se coucher sur le golfe. Toute nouvelle moquette dans toutes les chambres et rĂ©cemment repeinte. Amazing stay with family and friends. The home has unbelievable views and beach access right on the ocean with sunsets every night right off the deck. Our hosts were gracious with their time when we had questions and kept in contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. We are planning on returning next year with a bigger crew! Kudos to Stephanie, Bob and Wendy for helping us have a great vacation!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The oceanfront setting offered the most fabulous view — truly breathtaking and something we never got tired of. The home itself was thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and ideal for spending quality time together. The location made it easy to enjoy island activities, and everything we wanted to do was close by. We had a terrific time - both the house and the host exceeded expectations. This house is right on the beach -looking out the many windows you might think you’re on a boat as all you see is water. Beautiful spot for sunsets. Wendy and Bob were accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Hope to go back one day!

This house and location are absolutely amazing! The home was recently remodeled over the past year and it showed! We were 2 families totaling 12. We were able to spend time together and enjoy island life! We loved that the beach was just steps in front of the house and we also enjoyed the pools at the island club that was just a short golf cart ride away. The house was very clean and we loved the caretakers of this home, they were very helpful and attentive and made getting to the house and the island very easy. We highly recommend and plan to return next year!

Our group of nine adults and four granddaughters under six had the most incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront home. The setting was truly unmatched, with a quiet, low trafficked stretch of beach that felt like our own private slice of the island. The kids could play safely, and we could easily walk right back upstairs for a quick beverage or restroom break without ever leaving the moment. It made beach time effortless and unforgettable.The home itself was everything we hoped for and more. It was comfortable, spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with every comfort we needed. The kitchen stood out as the best stocked kitchen any of us had ever seen, which made cooking for a large group surprisingly easy and genuinely enjoyable.As planners by nature, we really appreciated how seamlessly everything went. The documents Wendy and Bob shared ahead of time, filled with local tips, cheat codes, and island secrets, helped us navigate island life with ease, even with little ones in tow. Their communication and care before and during our stay made a noticeable difference.The location offered the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Everything we wanted to do was close by, yet the house still felt peaceful and private. Between the views, the sunsets, the beach access, and the comfort of the home, we made so many wonderful memories together. It was the perfect place for our family, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Best Island Getaway

We had a very big group for a week and this home was perfect. Location couldn’t have been any better and everyone was extremely helpful. Not only was the house/owner great everyone on the island were great too. It was windy while we stayed so we spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool area was just as beautiful. We loved it so much and hope to go back.

Best location on the island.

Perfect beachfront spot, twenty-five feet from the water. We saw dolphins and tarpon right in front of the house. Each night we watched the most beautiful sunsets and fell asleep to the waves. Absolutely incredible.

A Stunning Comeback! We Can't Wait to Return.What an absolute gem of a vacation rental! We knew the home had been recently remodeled after hurricane damage, but the care and quality that went into the restoration are truly impressive.It feels brand new, yet incredibly cozy and welcoming.The house was immaculate upon our arrival-spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The views are even more stunning than the photos suggest, and we spent every morning with coffee on the deck, just soaking it all in.A special shout-out to the caretakers, who were so attentive and made us feel well-looked after throughout our stay. It's clear how much pride they take in this property.We enjoyed our time so much that we've already decided we'll be back next year. A true beach house
 Nothing fancy but all the essentials and then some. A great 6 bdr layout for large families. Best location on the island! The only downside is their 8 AM check out, but we requested a later time and they happily accommodated us. Fantastic week!

If you want to be close to the water and beach, hear the waves, enjoy the sunset, this is place to stay on North Captiva! No other place is closer, or has a better view. Big on the Beach is it! Thanks to Bob and Wendy the place was ready for occupancy. They picked us up at the docks, carted our luggage to the house, and gave us a comprehensive orientation of all this spectacular house has to offer. When our week was up, Bob and Wendy were again there to help. Thank you! The house was immaculate and well suited for super large groups like our own. It offered plenty of beds and convenient bathrooms for all of us. And the kitchen is well equipped for fixing large meals or casual snacks for large groups. Much thanks to Bob and Wendy for making this a pleasant family vacation, and to Stephanie (the owner) for sharing her wonderful house and spectacular location with us. We love Big on the Beach!

Big on the Beach = Big Family Fun

Our family of 16 had fun from sunrise to sunset. From playing in the ocean to fun in the pool to hiking and collecting seashells to seeing manatees and watching the dolphins swim by. It was everything we hoped for and more . A little bit of paradise!

Literally on the beach

Great family vacation suitable for all ages. The house is a few steps to the beach which is very convenient to comeback whenever you need it (with kids and babies that’s a big plus). It is big enough with many rooms and bathrooms that people can do different activities without bothering each other ( work, play , breastfeeding, etc.) and also have communal areas on the top floor to share time cooking or eating all together. Great family vacation!

The views!!!

I have never seen views that are so gorgeous from every angle of the home. Multiple decks that give you privacy, perfect sunset views and beach views. Everyone on the island was incredibly helpful and friendly! We fell in love with North Captiva and Big on the Beach is the perfect location. We will be back!

Amazing Location!

We had an amazing week at Big on the Beach! The location is spectacular with panoramic ocean views. The sunsets were incredible. The house was very clean, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful leading up to our arrival. We were a group of 13, with adults and seven children under10. We all fit comfortably in the house. We would definitely stay at Big on the Beach again!
