Stunning 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa with modern decor and a west facing pool with extended deck, overlooking conservation land. This established rental Villa is nestled in the secure gated community of Solterra close to Championsgate amenities and Interstate 4, just 20 minutes drive from Disney parks and 25 minutes drive to Universal Studios.
The space
Our luxurious and spacious single storey villa is located at the prestigious resort of Solterra; an exclusive gated community in Davenport. This wonderful location is within 5 minutes drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities. Posner Park is only 10 minutes away with additional restaurants, supermarkets, shopping facilities and an IMAX cinema!

* 5 spacious bedrooms comprising: 3 master en-suites with the king suite having direct access to the pool area 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom and a pull out sofa bed in the retreat. The home has one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.
* Direct access to bathroom from pool area through an external side door (no need to soak the bedroom floor!)
* Sleeps maximum of 12 people
* 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have spacious double showers. Property also has a bath. Hair dryers as standard
* Superbly appointed kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker as well as microwave, full cooker/oven, dishwasher and coffee machine
* Flat screen cable TV in every bedroom
* 55" flat screen cable TV with DVD in the lounge

An amazing resort style pool with additional beach style sloped entry to the pool for toddlers. Individual cabanas for families and friends to enjoy some privacy. A fantastic water slide for older children (of any age!) . Two club house lounges (one indoor, one outdoor). A fully equipped gym.Organised activities on Thursdays and Sundays.Two full sized tennis courts. Outdoor children`s play area.

Our home is literally only 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 (I4 as it is known) and 20 minutes from Disney
* We are also 20 minutes from either the Premium Outlets or the Florida Mall so you can "shop until you drop"!
* Universal studios are only 25 minutes away
* The beautiful beaches of Florida`s Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast area are approximately an hour’s drive either direction. Experience day trips to Clearwater or Cocoa Beach.
* Cape Canaveral is a world of scientific wonder and only just over an hour’s journey by car from our villa

For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Facility Rules Reminders
Slide Rules:
The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.
