Welcome to your dream hillside retreat! This beautiful, newer home in The Reserve is perched on the side of a mountain and offers breathtaking views of the lake from every room. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 luxurious bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

Gather with friends and family in the expansive yard, where you can enjoy a game on your private pickleball court or basketball court, or cozy up around the fire pit under the stars. Whether you’re grilling outside on the deck or cooking in our stunning, fully stocked kitchen, you’ll always have the lake as your backdrop. Need more to do? The game room features ping-pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. Do the kids love arcade games? Tell them to gear up to play on the full size Pac-Man arcade game. Relax by the fire pit or on the spacious deck and patio. We also have a variety of puzzles and indoor games, along with outdoor activities like Spike Ball, cornhole, and more.

Designed to accommodate large groups, this home comfortably sleeps 25 guests with 19 beds, making it perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or any special occasion. The home features: 2 kings , 2 queens, 13 twins and 2 queen sofa sleepers for all your sleeping needs. For those needing easier accessible areas, there are only 2 steps to enter the home. The main level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. This is a great set up for all guests to enjoy the beautiful Bear Lake.

The Azure View is nestled within the gated Reserve community, offering exclusive access to its many amenities. Enjoy the clubhouse, which features two pools, a hot tub, and a small splash pad. Stay active at the fitness center or challenge friends to a game on the sports court, where you can play pickleball, basketball, or tennis. Plus, take advantage of the Reserve’s private beach entrance for a truly relaxing experience.

-Absolutely NO open invite parties/alcoholic parties or drug use!
* Fines from parties will range from $500-$3,000 to cover extra cleaning and penalties, plus additional cost to repair or replace anything damaged.
-Please ask before booking for college groups, fraternities/sororities & summer sales groups. They will only be approved if it is a dry event.
-$50 fee for lost or damaged clubhouse key fob
