Blue Skies est un One Ludington Place Condominium situé dans le port de Ludington. Vous êtes invités à vous détendre dans ce condo de trois chambres joliment décoré, qui s'ouvre sur un grand espace gazonné. La piscine et le bain à remous ne sont qu'à quelques pas. Avec son thème nautique, vous pouvez décider de rester à l'intérieur et de vous imprégner de son atmosphère et de vous laisser aller au style et au confort. Lorsque vous sortez, vous apprécierez les images et les sons de la vie dans une marina, à quelques minutes de marche de tous les magasins, restaurants et attractions du centre-ville. Les lits de ce condo sont un rêve pour dormir et le plan d’étage permet aux enfants de tous les âges de profiter de leur maison loin de chez eux. Vous voudrez peut-être réserver de nouveau ce condo pour les années à venir. Les grils à gaz situés dans la zone commune pour tous. Great Potential, but Needs Work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location near parks, beach, lighthouse, sunsets, shopping, dining, and more. Condo decor is lovely with several beautiful pieces on walls. Living room and dining room furniture is very comfortable and kitchen is adequately set up, except that more cutlery is needed. However, beds have terrible mattresses, especially in master bedroom, and bathtub drain stopper doesn’t work. Condo was cleaned well, except that carpet is light colored and there are many dark stains on it. Outside porch is very nice and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches out there. On the whole, this condo has some very good qualities and some bad ones, particularly the beds and bathtub.

Cute spot close to the marina and restaurants with activities for the kids like the pool and park. A couple minor issues with the unit that were quickly remedied by Nikki and her team. Whole family enjoyed it.

Great location

The property was nice and the location was great. I would definitely stay there again. One thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. One side is fine but the other is almost completely caved in. My husband slept terrible.

Beautiful Blue Skies

Beautiful condo within walking distance of beach, marina, restaurants and stores. Great space, comfy beds and well equipped. The only suggestion is to upgrade the kitchen supplies (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc). Would recommend and stay again.

City on the Shore

This was a spacious, clean condo in the heart of Ludington and blocks from the beach and lighthouse. We walked to several excellent restaurants for carryout. Outside patio was spacious, with nice combination of sun and shade.

GREAT LOCATION!

Great location! Very clean! Plenty of space. Heads up if you plan to cook during your stay. Kitchen is not stocked well at all. No sharp knives, not cutting board, no baking sheets or pans, missing measuring cups. We contacted management within the first half hour of arriving regarding 2 maintenance issues, they said someone would be out the next day to fix one issue but no one ever showed up.
