Perfect Stay!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely amazing — one of the best vacations we’ve had! The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The lake views were unbeatable, and we loved being able to walk right out to the water

BEAUTIFUL condo downtown

BEAUTIFUL condo a block from downtown and a 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan. Our 22nd annual Girls Trip was amazing at this wonderful condo with pool view. Clean and spacious with 2 patios! There were even pool noodles and beach totes for use. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The bathrooms could use more towels, but we made do. Great place, highly recommend!

One of the bedrooms had NO closet and no window.Also, someone did NOT clean out the shelves in the refrigerator when we arrived. The refrigerator had dirty shelves.

Reviewer Comments: This is my family's second vacation staying at One Ludington Place and I really can't say enough good things about both the town and the condo complex. The cleanliness, amenities, friendly neighbors, and location make this my new favorite vacation spot. This particular unit was spotless, well laid out, and had high end furnishings. I actually slept better on the master mattress than I do at home. I highly recommend this unit and this property and we can't wait to come back on a future vacation. Our favorite local things to do include breakfast at Cafe 106, lunch at Keeper's Fish Shack, and dinners at Styx, Ludington Bay Brewing, Ludington Meat Company. We also had a blast driving the sand dunes at Silver Lake State Park and hiking at Ludington State Park. Stearns Beach in Ludington is also beautiful, clean, well maintained beach that was not very crowded on a July week / weekend.

Great Easter weekend getaway

We decided to get away as a family for the Easter weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 8. Luddington is our happy place and this was located in close proximity to HOF and the beach. The condo was simple and easy to just relax in. Just what we needed.

Great family vacation

Summer Breeze worked out great for our family of eight. The four boys loved staying in their bunk room and the two girls enjoyed having a private room to themselves. The master suite was very nice with a private bath and laundry. We enjoyed having the pool available when we couldn`t make it down to the lake. We loved the location and could walk anywhere in town.

We had 6 adults and 1 child of a multi-generational family together for 4th of July week. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything in downtown Ludington. We utilized the pool many times and the nice grill/deck area in the common area as well. The entire condo complex is nicely maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We hope to stay with you again.
