Your perfect Ludington Vacation awaits in Timeless Memories, a large Victorian home located in the heart of Ludington. Enjoy reminiscing with family and friends and creating new memories here! Timeless Memories has plenty of space for all your nearest and dearest offering 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms and sleeps 15. Upon entering, you will walk into the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with it's very own coffee bar. No detail has been overlooked in the design and stocking of this kitchen. It even has two refrigerators perfectly placed for plenty of storage of all your food and refreshments. Enjoy filtered water and cooking meals with family in this open concept kitchen. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen offers a large dining table ready for you to enjoy meals as a family. If you're looking to dine outside you will find a large outdoor patio table in the private fenced backyard which offers a gas grill, fire pit and lawn furniture. Take in the sights and smells of the colorful perennials and fruit bushes while you relax and bask in the sun. If you find yourself stuck in the house on a rainy day there is an AppleTV in the main living room which offers access to all your favorite streaming apps and Spectrum TV's app for viewing network channels. Additionally, there is a work space with a 32" monitor in the Main Level Bedroom. This bedroom offers a Queen size Murphy Bed and has a private newly remodeled full bathroom with step in shower. The original custom wooden staircase has been beautifully restored and will lead you to the upstairs where you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The front bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a trundle with two twin beds and 1 bunk set with twin XL mattresses. Bedroom 3 offers private sleeping accommodations in a comfy Queen size bed. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a King size bed and another bunk set with twin XL mattresses. And last but not least, Bedroom 5 offers a Queen size bed and bunk set with twin XL mattresses. Conveniently, located near all bedrooms is a brightly lit, newly remodeled full bathroom with an elegant marble double sink vanity and tastefully restored antique claw tub and shower combo. A second bathroom with single vanity and stand up shower stall is located down the hall. You will also find a large newly remodeled third bathroom in the basement with a step in tile shower.
Timeless Memories is located directly on Ludington Ave providing for a front row seat to Ludington's various holiday parades and is a half mile from bustling Downtown Ludington. Casually walk to several alluring shops and
desirable restaurants from your front door. Or talk a short drive to Ludington's pristine Lake Michigan Beach located at Steans Park. This beach location is a local hot spot with access to miles of sandy beach, mini golf, a skate park, and concessions.
There are 4 off street parking spaces accessible from the alley off of Washington St creating easy access to this home. Timeless memories is the perfect vacation home for you and your family to create more memories of your own!

Comfy Weekend

Annual Fall trip with longtime friends. We found the accomodations very comfortable, beds blissful, historical bones of a home with just enough modern conveniences to check all our boxes. Despite the endless rain, we found ways to explore the quaint town and make more great memories.

Great Family Stay!

This property was great for getting together with the in-laws! Plenty of space, and it had everything we needed and more! More than enough flatware, plates and cooking utensils, we never had to improvise. The two refrigerators were key too! The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the water, and it was fixed within 2 hours.

Great Family House

The house is more spacious that we envisioned. It accommodated a large family group very nicely. The location was great for walking into town and we frequented the beach in town, which is also close. House amenities are numerous, including kitchen items, games, and recreational items found in the garage.

Couldn't be better!

This was our 3rd stay at Timeless Memories and we will be back again. Can't say enough about how wonderful this house is. So CLEAN and well stocked. I mean, when a rental stocks soft, 2-ply toilet paper...well, enough said! The fire pit is a must for our group and we utilize it every night of our stay. Easy check-in and out. Love the location as we enjoy walking and all of our favorite restaurants are close by. Thank you to the owners for opening their lovely home to strangers, although we now feel like it's home to us too!

Charming and practical

For our large family with older adults and young children, it was a great place to spend our vacation!! The first floor bedroom was perfect for Grandparents who wanted some privacy and to avoid having to climb stairs. The house was clean and functional for large group dinners, gaming, and relaxing. Communication was easy with the management company.

Reviewer Comments: We had three families with a total of 15 guests, not only did we all fit, we were very comfortable-there is so much room in this old house, that we never felt cramped or crowded. This house has enough supplies for all occasions. There's a plethora of cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware to make dinner time easy and fun. Location was great - a little noisy being right on Ludington Ave, but close to the city park and downtown. Everything about it is wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean,well-equipped home. Plenty of room for our extended families. Great location, walkable (8 mins or so) to downtown Ludington and even the beach, if you want a little more excercise. The ONLY complaint is that the home has central air and the main living area stays nice and cool but the upstairs bedrooms can get a little stuffy if it's warm outside. Not sure if the unit isn't large enough or if the ductwork needs to be modified but at least something the owner should consider. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and would come back and also recommend to friends.

Fabulous home for multi-generational family trip.

Everyone in our group loved this house. It had absolutely everything we could need. The 2 full-size fridges were great, the kitchen was extremely well-equipped, there was plenty of room for everyone. All the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas/shades, bag of toys for the kids and tubes were wonderful. Even 6 bicycles, including a tandem. It was a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Ludington stay in 2024

NICKY Just to let you know were had a great time in Ludington and much of that was related to the Timeless Memories home we rented from you. The home was large enough for the 13 of us. The kitchen was large enough that we could have several people working on a meal at one time at the same time. We easily walked to the beach or downtown or used some of the homes bikes We watched the town’s July 4th parade from the porch or in chairs at the edge of the road. The parade went the street and then had time to walk to the beach and watch the fireworks. The house was clean, the beds comfortable. The home had all of our basic needs. A couple of nights we sat around the outdoor fire pit and just talked or played games Everyone in our group was very pleased with the house and its location

Excellent Property for Large Groups

House slept 15 with ease and had everything we needed. Very clean and upkept for how old the house really is. Within an easy walk to the downtown restaurants and shops and just a 5 minute drive to 2 excellent golf courses. Highly recommended.

Ludington Victorian Was a Homerun for our Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental! House was spacious, well stocked, well organized. Access to the garage with its bikes, tent umbrella, games was wonderful. Four teenage grandchildren who could have easily driven to lake and town chose to ride bikes everywhere! Pickleball courts, frisbee golf in the beautiful Michigan woods, kayaking on Hamlin Lake, dune rides, corn hole competitions, ending the day around the fire pit kept us all busy and entertained. Good eateries in town, and music at Waterfront Park added to a very good experience. Management was great. Air conditioning went our one evening and repair was done promptly next morning (fixed properly, not with a bandaid)House was located on the main drag through town. Noisy in the morning with traffic, but you could not hear noise inside. Evenings were quiet in backyard. Inspite of this, my family chose to have coffee on the front porch each morning. We had a lovely week!

This house has it all!

We rented this house for a girl's weekend. We had 10 people and could have easily slept 5 more. The house was fully stocked, a closet full of games, and a garage with all the beach chairs you will need. We loved the close location to downtown and the beach. The porch swing is so comfy and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. If you're looking for a place thats full of charm, look no further. We hope to stay again soon!

Exceptional!!!!

Loved the location as we could walk to so many of our favorite places. The house supplied everything we could possibly have wanted! So clean and lots of space for our group of 12. Used the fire pit every night. We had such a great time, enjoyed the house SO much! If this is a 5 star review, I’d give it a 10! Thank you for sharing your home🥰

Great Home

This home was a great place to stay. It is close to town so we were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The home had everything you would need from dishes to laundry soap. The pictures don't show how big the rooms really are. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough room for a big group of people. They even had a bunch of games to use if needed. One negative about the house. the swing on the front porch needs to be repaired. The back of the swing is broken so we didn't use it. Now there is a lot of stairs so that could be a bother to some people. All in all we would re-rent this home if we were back in Ludington

Great for a large family!

We were so comfortable here. Plenty of space to spread out for our large group. Super well-equipped kitchen! 2 fridges and we filled them both with blueberries and other garden haul. So many games, toys, bikes, beach chairs for kids and adults to use. Central location was great for biking around town and a good place from which to explore north to the State park and South to Summit Township.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. The house was just lovely with lots of room and a great front porch and backyard. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for our family reunion. Great location!

The kitchen is loaded with everything you'll need and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great plus with the size of our group. We requested the floors be mopped as they appeared to not have been done in awhile and Nikki was great with getting the house cleaner to the house in a timely fashion.
