Vous apprĂ©cierez ce condo propre, confortable, moderne, mis Ă  jour au premier Ă©tage / sans marche avec un lit king size (salle de bain attenante), une chambre avec lit Queen Size et un canapĂ©-lit Queen avec 2 bains. mobilier confortable de sorte que vous pouvez mettre vos pieds et se dĂ©tendre. Trois tĂ©lĂ©viseurs haute dĂ©finition (40 ", 40" 32 '") avec plus de 190 chaĂźnes du satellite Dish Network, DVR, bureau, Internet rapide / WIFI (Ă  partir d'ici). Aucun tapis de germes ici tous les sols sont en carrelage ou en bois pour un environnement sans allergies. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour le cuisinier gastronomique avec des repas pour six personnes. Full size w / j dans l'unitĂ© fait la lessive sans effort. Le patio couvert privĂ© faisant face au nord est ombragĂ© avec un ensemble Ă  manger et une vue sur la montagne. Marche pour tout ce que vous avez besoin au centre-ville. Deux supermarchĂ©s, cafĂ©, parc de fontaines, centre de fitness, cabinets mĂ©dicaux, banques, bureau de poste et bibliothĂšque sont Ă  quelques rues de lĂ . Abri d'auto assignĂ© prĂšs de la porte d'entrĂ©e dans ce petit complexe de 8 unitĂ©s. Pas d'amĂ©nagements de stress pour les personnes qui dĂ©mĂ©nagent, qui se remettent de traitements mĂ©dicaux ou qui ont besoin d'un logement temporaire. Pas d'escalier. Nous possĂ©dons Ă©galement plusieurs autres propriĂ©tĂ©s plus grandes dans le centre-ville de Fountain Hills que vous pouvez visualiser sur notre propre site web, y compris une maison de 3 chambres avec garage pour 3 voitures Ă  proximitĂ©. Si vous choisissez l'une de nos propriĂ©tĂ©s, vous pouvez vous attendre Ă  une excellente expĂ©rience et Ă  un excellent rapport qualitĂ©-prix. Ce n'est peut-ĂȘtre pas le plus grand et le plus chic des condos, mais c'est sĂ»rement le plus mignon et le plus confortable. Voir nos commentaires.
La piscine est rarement utilisée, elle est donc presque privée avec un barbecue Weber et vous aurez également un barbecue électrique privé sur votre terrasse. Cinq parcours de golf à proximité, Ft. McDowell casino, le vélo, la randonnée, l'équitation sont tous à proximité. Mayo Clinic 5 miles. A 25 minutes de l'aéroport Phoenix Sky Harbor. Préparez-vous à vivre à long terme pour 2 personnes ou un couple avec de jeunes enfants, mais une retraite idéale pour les vacances. Non fumeurs seulement. Assurez-vous de lire "Owners Story" et "About Ruth" ci-dessous.

VRBO est maintenant obligé de collecter les taxes AZ. Les taxes sont nettement moins élevées pour les séjours de plus de 31 jours. Wonderful Location!!

We stayed in Ruth's condo for the months of January through March, while we were looking for a home in Fountain Hills. The location is ideal, across the street from grocery and other shopping, and a short walk to restaurants or the Fountain Park. We met all the neighbors in the building during the course of our stay, and they were delightful. The condo was equipped with an extensive Satelite TV package that provided numerous viewing options. Wifi worked great also. Ruth and Dennis live in the community and are very responsive. Although we only had one repair issue arise during our stay, they were both onsite in less than an hour of my call to them. It is evident that they take pride in their rental. They also take steps to share as much information as possible about the property and the community, which helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Very quiet, extremely well stocked with supplies, a few blocks from Fountain Park and Ruth made the stay very enjoyable! The condo was very comfortable too. We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Thank you Ruth!

Awesome stay in Fountain Hills

Had a great time time staying in this condo for the month of May. Condo was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The owners met us there when we arrived which was very nice. They told us about Fountain Hills, things to see and do and places to eat. We have done VRBO many times and this was the first time we ever had the owners meet us, it was a very nice personal touch. It was also very convenient to be so close to everything, a very nice grocery store right across the street from the condo and walking distance to the fountain. Every morning I sat outside on the patio with my coffee and my little dog enjoyed watching the birds, in the afternoon out on the patio again with a glass of wine a book and my dog. The patio is perfectly situated you get some nice morning sun and in the afternoon it is totally shaded. My husband and I are looking to retire in FH and the owner is a real estate agent and he took us around FH to look at some homes so we could get an idea of what kind of house we can buy in our price range. We are coming from Silicon Valley so I think we will have lots of options. I am definitely going to book this condo again for next year. Just working out the dates with the hubby and my daughter. This was one of the most laid back and relaxing vacations I have ever taken and cannot wait to come back to FH and stay in this lovely condo.

Wonderful place to stay in Fountain Hills, AZ

We just spent 4 days/nights in this condo and it couldn't have been better. The condo itself is lovely, very comfortable bed and furniture, everything there was clean and up-to-date. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics which was very convenient. It is well located close to grocery store, drug store and restaurants. The chocolotier across the street was bonus! The owners were very helpful in answering questions, friendly and upbeat. Our stay couldn't have been better!! WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND THE WINTER.

The listing is accurate. Close to everything, fountain, grocery store, restaurants, short walk to post office, and many other services. This was our third stay at this location. We could sit on the patio and see the mountains in the distance. It is well stock to let one enjoy living there. The property is clean and maintained.

Great place in the heart of Fountain Hills

We stayed here while house hunting and it was great. The space is well appointed and the pride of ownership is obvious - well maintained, clean, updated with all the amenities of home. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location - shopping and food literally across the street, easy walking to the fountain and downtown stores, etc. Ruth was very attentive and responsive; the few issues we had were resolved quickly and she is a great resource for information about the area.

Great location near downtown, restaurants, everything you might need.

The owner is extremely nice and thoughtful. The condo is clean and has everything you need including beach towels for the pool, basic cooking spices, a little outdoor patio with patio dining set, dish tv, and more. We felt very fortunate to have found this place.

Great winter retreat

This was our second winter at Fountain View. Location is great, close to everything, can walk to most. The kitchen is will stocked from crockpot, blender, to pots and pans. The view of the mountains from the patio is relaxing. Back next season.

Easy Transition to Arizona

Wonderful Fountain Hills

We stayed in this condo for 3 months with our cat. Condo was clean and very convenient to many stores and restaurants in F.H. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and some staples were in the cabinet. It was so nice not to have to go out and stock the whole kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. The bathroom also had a selection of bath items for use and cleaning supplies were available. The area was very quiet. Just a short stroll from the famous Fountain Park and fountain with the lovely one mile stroll around the fountain. There are also several great restaurant to visit on the stroll. Great view of the mountains from the patio.

I stayed at this comfortable condo with my dog for 3 months last fall as I looked for a home in Fountain Hills. It is just as the photos presented (which doesn’t happen that often). The condo was very clean and came stocked with all the amenities plus. It has a nice outside patio from which you can see wonderful sunrises over the mountains and a nice area beyond for dogwalking. The location is superb to the fountain park, galleries and restaurants, or shopping for your own groceries. While I was there I walked to a place to get my dog groomed and walked to a salon for my own pedicure. But best of all is Ruths' hospitality. She is incredibly helpful with recommendations or information. She immediately addressed any issue that came up. I have recommended any of her accommodations to my friends.

Great place to stay

My buddy and I stayed here before Christmas. We were happy with the accommodations and each had our own bedroom with TV, bathroom and private space. We took Super Shuttle from the airport and didn't get a car so the location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants. We'll be back soon!

This condo was perfect for us...........able to walk to the Fountain, grocery, drug store, post office, etc. This was the 2nd time we have rented a unit from Ruth. Both were excellent in furnishings and she anticipates your every need. A home away from home. The unit this year was smaller and cozy, more suited to our needs. Ruth is great to work with and takes care of the units and tenants. Certainly would like to visit again.

The only thing missing from this perfect condo and perfect location is that Ruth the owner isn't there to hang out with you ! She is so helpful in making your stay wonderful ! This condo has it all!! Very Nice Vacation Condo

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We walked the Fountain Park in the a.m., Golfed, then used the BBQ grill, the pool or patio every evening. We will be repeat guests someday.

Relo to Fountain Hills

Relocating to Fountain Hills, my wife and I, along with her Mom, spent two months in this terrific condo while we waited to move into our new home. Everything we needed was provided and it is located in a very convenient downtown neighborhood. We walked to the fountain and around the lake every day at sunrise. The owner is a delight to work with...highly recommend for any stay.

We lived in far North Scottsdale for 17 years until we discovered the charms of Fountain hills and now live near our rentals. We maintain the property to very high standards. We love having guests (many repeat guests) and take every precaution to ensure your comfort. This condo is in a safe, secure and quiet location. Only 8 units total in this charming complex. Pool is not heated in the winter, but enjoy the lounge chairs, Fire Pit or dining areas. This is the best, most convenient location in town.

Have lunch outdoors admiring the fountain at one of several great cafe's. Dinner in town or take a 10 min. drive to one of great Scottsdale restaurants. Sunbathe at the unheated pool outside your front door.
