The unobstructed view is paradise! Serene and peaceful from the moment you enter the double doors, into the living space. The stylish living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs and a 75” TV.

The spacious, fully stocked chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a delicious meal, splurge on an in-home chef dinner, or bring in take out from one the local area restaurants. Complete with new appliances, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, indoor and outdoor dishes and drinkware, a toaster, a blender, Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker and filters, an electric kettle, serving plates, mixing bowls, cutting boards, commonly used spices, and many other kitchen necessities.

The dining table comfortably seats 6-8 and the counter island seats 5. Al-fresco dining, with seating for 10 can be found under the Tiki Hut!

This is it! True tranquility, the perfect setting to take a break from the everyday! Ambient lighting, luxurious bed mattress’s, ceiling fans, and room darkening shades add depth, while creating a warm and welcoming retreat, in all 4 bedrooms at Tropical Palms.
~ The first bedroom suite features a pool and water view from your king-size bed, complete with 100% cotton linens to ensure a good night's sleep, an ensuite bathroom, sliding doors to the pool, a 65” TV, a desk and wall to wall closets.
~ The large, second bedroom boasts a king-size bed, and a queen murphy bed, a walk in closet, walls of glass, and a private patio area on the front side of the house. This room is perfect for 2-3 people. or anyone seeking a little extra space, enjoy the en-suite bathroom and all it's delights!
~ Two additional guest bedrooms are located in a separate wing, at the back of house, and share the hall bathroom. The pool and garden view, guest bedroom features a luxury queen-size bed, a desk, a 55” TV and a walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is ideal for children or singles, with 2 twin, XL beds, cotton linens, a 43” TV and a walk-in closet. No bedrooms share adjoining walls.

From sunrise ‘til sundown, you’ll have a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained...whether it’s lounging by the pool, stargazing on the deck, paddle boarding, playing ping-pong, tiki toss, air hockey, pool, a round of cornhole on the lawn, or dining under the Tiki Hut…Your vacation forecast: FUN!!

We’re thinking of you even before you pack! Save room in your luggage for your personal items and toiletries.
While you’re here we provide pool and bath towels as well as a set of linens and pillows for each bed. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, hand soap, washcloths and hand towels. For your convenience. we also provide starter supplies inclusive of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, a new sponge, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent and other "I'm on vacation and don't want to run to the store" items.

All televisions in home are Smart TV's. Apps (Hulu, Netflix, You Tube, etc) are accessible for streaming with your log-in password.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) We require Guest ID verification, security deposit authorization and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Your reservation will only be confirmed once information listed is received.
2) Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time.
3) An outdoor security camera and a video doorbell are present on the exterior of the home. Security cameras are not actively monitored and cameras may not be tampered with.
4) 10 Adults Max-No pets-No unregistered guests
5) The Pool is heated to 85° October-April.
IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours when the pump runs and the control panel is locked, for management use only.
6) Events hosted or Commercial Filming without owner knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, Girls/Guys Weekend, etc. EVENTS/FILMING are permitted, but REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
