Sunlight pours through large windows with high ceilings into the living areas, where travertine floors, an electric reclining loveseat, an oversized electric reclining chair, a large curved panel smart TV with Fire Stick equipped with seamless access to a private Plex media server with thousands of movies, shows, and live TV.

This central space is perfect for winding down with your favorite shows or enjoying a quiet evening in. Just off the kitchen, the family room it offers an additional cozy space to relax, complete with oversized seating and a serene atmosphere. Includes oversized seating and ample natural light, creating a perfect space for conversation or quiet reflection. Whether you're traveling for work, relocating, or enjoying a family getaway, you’ll appreciate fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.

The kitchen sits adjacent to both living spaces, creating a seamless and everyday comfort. From the start she was a great communicator and asked very specific questions about the property prior to booking she clearly read the description and looked at all of the pictures. Great location. Really helpful host. One complaint is there are only two bedrooms, the third is an office not a bedroom so we had to have our third child sleep on a couch. Otherwise really great stay.

The listing clearly describes that Bedroom 3 is a full office setup and notes that a high-end air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space. This is referenced three separate times within a short section of the listing—under the main property description, in the “Rooms & Beds” section, and in the individual room details with accompanying photos. The goal was to be transparent about the setup so guests can plan accordingly. I am wondering why didn't you use the Air mattress?

The house was fine for our needs. We liked having an office, as it gave us multiple work spaces, and the location was close to family. However, there are a number of worn down elements in need of fixing. The dishwasher leans whenever you open the door. The refrigerator door barely holds its seal. The pots and pans are all old and scratched and will leech metals into your food, so we didn’t use any of them. The front door is difficult to open. The sheets are like sandpaper, which is a shame because the primary bed was comfortable. Lights are all set via Amazon echo devices throughout the house. Needing a multiple page instruction manual to know how to turn lights on and off means you have over complicated such a basic thing.Finally, I’ve never stayed at a house where we didn’t have access to the garage. It snowed while we were there, so it was inconvenient to have to park in the driveway and clean off the car before leaving.Having said all of that, communication with the owner was prompt and easy.

Thank you for your review and for noting that communication with us was prompt and easy. Most of these complaints could have been avoided by simply reviewing the listing description, the welcome message we sent you, and the House Manual we provided (a digital copy plus two hard copies at the property). The listing clearly states there’s no garage parking — before you even booked. Our welcome message explained that all the smart features can also be operated manually. Upon checkout we found the dishwasher was overloaded, which caused the issue you experienced. We’ve never had any complaints about the pots and pans before, but we will have them inspected for safety. Our sheets are 700 thread count minimum. We checked the refrigerator and confirmed there is nothing wrong with the seal or how it closes. We appreciate the feedback and stand by our listing and 60 photos.

I work hard to maintain a clean, well-appointed space with thoughtful amenities—from large smart TVs with custom media access, to premium seating, high-end kitchen appliances, and extras like snacks, drinks, and a wide variety of coffee. Many guests appreciate these details, and I strive to make each stay comfortable and welcoming. For clarity, the third bedroom is intentionally configured as a dedicated office space with a large desk and credenza ideal for those needing a quiet workspace, especially during extended or remote stays. It also includes a high-quality air mattress to comfortably accommodate additional guests when needed. This arrangement is clearly stated in the listing and fully supported by the photo gallery, which contains 59 detailed images that accurately reflect the home’s layout, furnishings, and amenities. Both the written description and the photos are a 100% accurate representations of the property, so guests can book with confidence knowing exactly what to expect. I’d like to clarify the outdoor setup. The upper deck includes a table with two chairs, while the lower patio by the hot tub has a smaller table with two additional chairs. The way this was described in the review may give the impression that there is only one small seating area.

The home was fine for our trip this time, but I would not call it luxurious. The sinks all need to be replaced in the bathrooms, the kitchen appliances as old and not great. There is not a comfortable area to sit in for more than 3 people. We did not cook there or spend time there, except at night to sleep. The bathrooms all have old fixtures, tubs and shower is small. The area's where you would spend time are cramped, tile floor that is cracked and cold and just not great. We were there in the winter - snowed and no shovel, however the fireplace in the small family was nice. We had no issues but would not stay here again. It is advertised to sleep 6 but the office is not a bedroom set up - so I feel like that is misleading. It did not affect us, because it was just two of us there and for the price point, it was just ok.

I thought it slept 6 people with three bedrooms. It had only two bedrooms with a third bedroom that was converted into an office. In order to sleep 6 people we had to use a blow up air mattress. This is not I expected, as I thought there would be sufficient beds for six people. It was a little too modern with the "Echo" electronic devices to turn the lights on etc. Other than what I mentioned it was nice home and close to Centennial where my daughter and her family live.Thank you

garage access

This was a nice enough home in a quiet neighborhood and was well appointed. Our major disappointment was not being able to use the garage. I was unable to find any mention of the garage being off limits in the listing. We do have a dog which is used to being kenneled in the garage. As the garage was off limits, we were forced to kennel our dog in our vehicle at all times. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and was cool enough to allow this. Had we known the garage was not available, we would have sought another location.

Additionally, both the Check-In Instructions and the “Directions and Parking” section specify that driveway and street parking are available. Overly communicative owner; disappointing stay

While the property itself is clean, well stocked and the neighborhood is quiet...our experience was less than enjoyable. The owner over-communicates. Every 10 minutes I had alerts on my phone from the owner regarding my stay, how it was, what can be better, etc. Now while some may appreciate this, I was very much annoyed! In addition to this issue, the hot tub is not level! Not only was it difficult to get into the hot tub (which did not have the canopy shown in pics), but its also dangerous!! I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be the owners bestie, because you will basically need to update him constantly. Pity!

To clarify for future guests: Prior to check-in, I accommodated your early arrival, provided a personalized door code, and sent a detailed welcome message along with a digital house manual. The manual includes check-in and check-out procedures, instructions for using the home’s features, hot tub operation, quiet hours, and other useful information to ensure guests have everything they need without needing to reach out. During your stay, you asked where to find a wine opener, whether there was a lockbox, and where to place towels at checkout—all of which were clearly covered in the manual or easily located by looking in the kitchen. I re-sent the door code and encouraged reviewing the guide. Aside from one friendly check-in message 24 hours after your arrival—which received no reply—every message I sent was in direct response to your questions. Much of this could have been avoided by simply reading the manual. I also messaged you politely after a neighbor reported loud hot tub use late at night. Quiet hours are outlined to help ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. After checkout, you reported breaking the hot tub filter cover. Reimbursement required multiple follow-ups and platform involvement. The tub is on a graded slab to direct water away from the home. The pergola was removed due to to storm damage.
