Relax in the outdoor oasis with a private heated pool, BBQ grill, dining table, Sonos sound system, outdoor shower, and partially covered patio!

The space
Welcome to 'Sea-renity'!
With stylish decor and amenities throughout, this home is the perfect 30A getaway!
Inside, the main level has an open-concept layout with plenty of space for everyone. The living room is cozy and great for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is a dream with stunning marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. You’ll love cooking here with a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining room table for 8! There’s also a lovely office nook on the first floor if you need to get some work done.
Step outside from the living room onto the patio, where you’ll find your own private outdoor oasis! The large, fully fenced yard offers a peaceful retreat, with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The sparkling cocktail pool is the centerpiece, featuring a charming water fountain and a sun shelf where you can relax and cool off. Surrounding the pool, you'll find poolside lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun, while the covered patio area provides a shaded spot for unwinding or entertaining. The outdoor propane grill is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals, which you can enjoy at the outdoor dining table! And after a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower!
The first floor also includes a laundry room and two bedrooms. The first is a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower- this bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Moving up to the second floor, there are three additional bedrooms! The Master features a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom is a Queen bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom with dual vanites and a glass shower. The last is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, also sharing the hallway bathroom.
You’re just a short walk from the beach as well as great restaurants and shops, like Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Steamboat Grill, and more! Plus, you’re only a quick LSV ride away from The Big Chill and Seaside.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Any bushes/foliage on the property driven over by cars and/or the LSV will be charged to renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
