Welcome to A Lovely Day, a beautifully updated coastal-chic home in Seagrove Beach, perfectly positioned less than two minutes from the sand. Enjoy glimpses of the Gulf and Eastern Lake, plus a community pool just steps from your front door. With four stories of thoughtfully designed space, this home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guestsâideal for large families or multi-generational gatherings along 30A.

First Floor
The ground level offers a private king bedroom suite with a TV and ensuite bathâan ideal retreat for guests seeking privacy. Accessible via covered outdoor stairs, this peaceful space is just steps from the main home.
The garage-turned-game room is a hit with all ages, featuring a TV, foosball, ping pong, and a large table for eight. Three oversized fans keep things cool, and the garage door can be opened to enjoy the breeze. Step outside to a patio with Gulf views and a private walkway to the beach, your gateway to endless seaside fun.
Second Floor
Here you'll find one of two spacious living areas and three comfortable bedrooms, along with two twin rollaway bedsfor extra flexibility. The cozy sectional provides plenty of seating for movie nights or family chats. Step out onto the balcony to soak up the sea air and take in how close you are to the coast.
Third Floor
The heart of the home! The main living, kitchen, and dining area offer Gulf glimpses and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The dining table seats 12, with 4 additional spots at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring thoughtful extras like a Crock-Pot, air fryer, and blender. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room for added convenience.
Outside on the balcony, fire up the grill and enjoy dining al fresco at the table for six, or relax in the lounge areaâa perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.
Fourth Floor
A kid's dream space! The top floor offers sleeping arrangements for 8, along with a cozy reading nook and TV areaâperfect for movie marathons or quiet downtime.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hallway bath with a tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual vanities.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: King bed, TV. Large updated private bathroom with both double showers and sinks.
4th Floor, Bedroom 6: 3 twins + 3 twin trundles and additional queen bed (not pictured), TV.
The 4th Floor has a half bath plus there is a shared full bath on the 3rd Floor.
Beach Access:
Head west on Eastern Lake Rd .1 mile to Ramsgate access, or east to Eastern Lake Beach Access.

Dalton Place:
A stay in Dalton Place gives you quick beach access via Eastern Lake and Ramsgate. Finding the emerald waters of the Gulf is a breeze. You'll also have access to a community pool that sits just across Eastern Lake Road at Camelot Lane.
