2BD+loft Ski-in Breck Condo
Fantastic ski-in 2BD + loft spacious condo in Breckenridge. 10 min uphill walk to Snowflake ski lift, or take free shuttle to ski lift or downtown Breck. At the end of day, ski right back to the unit (plus a walk across the st). 2 block easy stroll to Main St. Sleeps 8, vaulted ceilings throughout, gas fireplace and two balconies. In addition, year-round pool and hot tub access make this unit a great vacation home for families or friends alike.
This condo is in a perfect location for easy access to all things outdoors Breckenridge and surrounding area has to offer.
At the end of day of outdoor adventuring, or shopping in downtown Breckenridge, return back to your condo and enjoy the spacious open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room that has a gas fireplace and balcony with seating for two in the warmer summer months. There is ample space for eight guests to gather while spending time in the condo.
You'll have two bedrooms on the main floor of the condo. One with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second main level bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs to the loft, you'll find three additional beds: a queen and a full bunk bed.
A hot tub is located just minutes from the building. If you want to take advantage of more hot tub/pool options, you'll have access to the Upper Village pool (10 min walk). This facility includes two outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub. (Please note this facility if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over these amenities).
Free wireless internet, private ski locker and cable TV all included.
You will also have access to on-site shared amenities, including a BBQ area with grill, lawn area and a fitness center. A Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop is located on the condo complex campus, discounts for rentals offered for guests staying at our condo.

If the pool key is lost: $100 replacement fee with be charged to guest.
This building DOES NOT have an elevator. Our unit is located on the third floor and is accessed by stairs only (40 stairs total).
Loft sleeping area is up a flight of stairs within the unit. Does not come equipped with child safety gates.
This is strictly a NO pet unit.
As is standard with most mountain homes in Summit County, this unit does not have air conditioning.

Hello, we look forward to hosting you. We are a family of four, living in Littleton CO. We love our centrally located Breckenridge condo to enjoy all things outdoors: whether it's biking, hiking or paddleboarding in the summer, or skiing (both x-c and downhill) in the winter. We hope you will use our condo as a base to be able to enjoy all these wonderful activities too.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose our condo because of the amazing location!! It is located within walking to distance to pretty much everything Breckenridge has to offer. You can be in downtown in just 5-10 minutes, and then to the Snowflake chairlift in 10 minutes. If you don't want to walk, there is also a free shuttle that stops right outside out unit, it can take you to Peak 8, Peak 9, the Snowflake lift or anywhere else in Breckenridge you might want to explore.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our condo is wonderful to host larger groups, the living space is spacious, and the additional loft area for sleeping, really allows for a larger group of 8 to feel comfortable in this space.
