The home has an abundance of natural light with three sliding doors letting it in. The living room invites you to spread out comfortably and enjoy a memorable time with your crew. Watch a show or an exciting movie on the smart TV that has cable and streaming service, read a book, or simply relax while planning your adventures. The adjoining kitchen overlooks the pool and is a chef's dream with all new appliances, granite countertops, and a gas grill on the patio allowing you to cook memorable meals for everyone!
Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms providing comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom has an en suite shower and opens to the lanai. Both bathrooms have been updated with tile and new fixtures, including a beautiful quartz countertop in the primary bathroom.
The outdoor living is unbeatable. The screened lanai with a large private pool is perfect for refreshing splashes! Plenty of space to relax, barbecue and dine all while enjoying the warm tropical breezes and sunshine that make Florida special. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and an extra large yard perfect for family games and playing fetch with Fido. Included beach chairs and towels along with a cooler make your trips to the beach a great one.
This home is in a perfect location and a short drive to all the wonderful restaurants in the area, convenience and grocery stores, and only eight miles to the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. Some must-visit attractions include all the local beaches; Stump Pass Bay Beach State Park, Manasota Key Beach, Englewood Beach, and Middle Beach. Lemon Bay Park and Environmental Center and Myakka State Forest are the perfect places to take a hike and learn about all the beautiful nature Florida has to offer.
