Venez profiter de cette unique, chalet tranquille. duplex privé avec votre propre porche. La plage est juste une promenade à travers la promenade. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes sur 2 grands futons. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et profiter d'une tasse de café ou votre boisson préférée. Ce chalet très pittoresque est petite mais pleine de charme et de confort. La plage est à 180 pas loin via la promenade qui est juste devant votre porte. La ligne de tramway de Gulf Blvd est une courte demi pâté de maisons de la maison. Maison est équipé d'une grande télévision dans le salon et le WIFI gratuit. Rock Lobster est situé dans la ville de Treasure Island et est à moins d'un mile de la célèbre zone commerciale et restaurant Johns Pass où vous pouvez magasiner, manger, profiter, regarder les dauphins, ou même louer des jet-skis! Réductions fournies si vous louez toute la maison!

Treasure Island a obtenu son nom d'un propriétaire au début de l'hôtel qui a enterré puis découvert un couple de coffres en bois sur la plage. L'hôtelier a affirmé que les coffres étaient remplis de trésors. Nouvelles de la découverte se répandit rapidement et les gens ont commencé à appeler la zone Treasure Island. Treasure Island est adjacent à St. Pétersbourg et au centre de tout.

This property is advertised as a Duplex. Be aware that there is a shared door within the property The shared door has blue painters tape around the door frame. It is easy to hear people in the next room.

Small but Cute

Awesome location! Boardwalk was closed due to it being damaged probably from the hurricane. You do have to provide your own toiletries and the walls are paper thin. Lucky for us we only had one day of neighbors. The owner always responded within 15 minutes to a half hour! Very quick response time! They also allowed our friends to park in the lot as well on our beach days. Very easy checking in and out! The neighborhood was basically pretty quiet except for some dogs barking. All in all is what I expected. It was a nice stay.

Lovely place to stay :

We had a fantastic stay. The beach was amazing and everything was close enough to walk to. We had everything we needed and were quite comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. The accommodations to the views, the shopping and the restaurants.That part was all incredible, thank you for a great place to stay at the beach, we really did enjoy ourselves!

We really enjoyed our

We really enjoyed our stay at Rock Lobster Unit The place was clean and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is that unit 1 replace the folding couch; which is used as a bed; with a regular bed like in unit 2. All and all it was a great place

Beautiful weekend

My husband and I rented this unit out for 4th of July weekend. Beautiful comfortable clean unit right on the beach. Everything we needed was there very convenient. We could not have asked for a better place to rent and enjoy our fourth of July together and see all the fireworks on the beach. We will definitely be back many times in our future.

As far as location is

As far as location is concerned, it was specactular. A wonderful walk down the access way and boom you are on the beach. Cant beat it! Traffic in that particular area was well behaved ...easy in and easy out. Really clean place to stay. Thank you for that.

A Jimmy Buffet weekend

We concentrated on being pure beach bums. Not much else mattered. The location was perfect for that. Never spent much time indoors. We didn't have a car but easily walked or took the free beach rode to wherever we needed to. Thank you! Was perfect for us!

Property manager was very very rude when I made aware how uncomfortable we were with the see through glass door and window with no curtain. People can see right through. Plus can only lock the glass door by a hook anyone can open that easily and the code lock doesn’t lock my deadbolt has a deadbolt but doesn’t work. Only good thing is location and cleanliness.

Great little cottage

Stay was great. Had an issue where I was given the wrong door code initially but with a quick call I was given the correct number and got in. You may want to update the description for Rock Lobster 2 as it says it has a new Queen bed and it is not a queen bet it's a double. The listing says "The unit can sleep up to 2 people on a new queen-size adjustable bed." in the description. We would have stayed regardless but for someone else they may be upset to find a double bed.

Perfect Private Beach Escape and Excellent Property Management Staff

First I want to send a huge Thank You and Kudos to Donna and Cheri! You guys rock! Rock Lobster is a quaint little house right off Sunshine Beach which is super quiet. A quick walk down the public access beach boardwalk which is right outside the door and you are on the beach. You feel like it's your own little slice of paradise. Unit #1 was very clean and any needs were attended to promptly. The property has ample parking for multiple cars at both units. We had a wonderful week and would definitely rebook and recommend booking to anyone wanting a private / quiet place to stay.

Misinformed

The bungalow was lovely but apparently it was not the one we rented. We had to move after two days. Angie was very helpful in getting us relocated quickly. My only suggestion is to make the two listings at that address very clear. We would not have rented the other one.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. Several little things need attention.

We enjoyed being there. Little glitches kept it from being even better: Biggest thing was that it was VERY dark from parking space to entry door. Not safe to walk either side of building without a flashlight. Porch light did not work. Even if lit however it would not have helped getting to/from parking spot in the dark Screen/storm door did not latch. Bath door hit daybed when opening and closing.

Hidden Gem of Treasure Island

We loved our stay at the cottage. I don’t think there is a lot of properties like this left in the area especially for the price we paid. Small but perfect for a couple and very cute and cozy. Bed was super comfortable but wish there was a TV in the bedroom. Thankful for the free parking space behind the cottage. The best part was what it felt like our own private access to the beach since I believe only surrounding neighbors use it. I wish that the kitchen sink and fridge were bigger. No point for a full size stove if there is not enough room to store food or wash dishes. But we came to enjoy / go out and not cook so overall it’s all good. Loved the tree by our side of the cottage that gave us lots of shade during the hot / sunny days but wish all the leaves were cleaned out and the table and chairs were cleaner and in better shape so we could enjoy more. Loved the outdoor shower. So convenient! The living room door between the two units made me uneasy at times but since our neighbors were ladies, we were ok. I would get rid of that door if it was my decision. Overall, we love Treasure Island and the surrounding areas and we would definitely stay at the cottage again! Thank you so much!

I can't compromise on cleanliness ...

While the location is hard to beat at the price, I just cannot comprise on the cleanliness of the place. When I arrived I needed to plug a charger in, and the plug was behind the couch. When I moved the couch there was sand from previous renters, which I could’ve gotten over, but there was also about 20 dead bugs. It's not like the couch was super heavy and difficult to clean behind, so this of course made me question how clean the rest of the room was. A couple days later I was in the living room and started to walk back to the bathroom when I spotted a roach on the wall. This was my second time staying here, and I didn't mention the bugs last year because I thought maybe I was being critical, so I decided to stay here again this year and was just disgusted by the lack of upkeep. I was nervous going to sleep thinking that there would be bugs in the bed, or crawling into my bags. I don't know why I had to pay a cleaning fee when the apartment wasn't cleaned to me, and probably won't be for the next guest. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I just couldn’t take the bugs anymore. If you don't mind the cleanliness and bugs, and are looking for a small place in close proximity to the beach. Then this might be your place, however after two consecutive stays and experiencing the same thing, that's not something I personally am willing to comprise on. Check-in is easy, location is great, cleanliness and upkeep definitely has all the room to improve.
