L'unitĂ© peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  2 personnes dans 1 lit queen. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et dĂ©gustez une tasse de cafĂ© ou votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e. Ce cottage trĂšs pittoresque est petit mais plein de charme et de confort. La plage est Ă  180 pas via le trottoir qui se trouve juste devant votre porte. La ligne de tramway de Gulf Blvd se trouve Ă  un demi pĂątĂ© de maisons de la maison. Maison est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon et WIFI gratuit. Rock Lobster est situĂ© dans la ville de Treasure Island et se trouve Ă  moins de 2 km du cĂ©lĂšbre quartier commerçant et des restaurants de Johns Pass oĂč vous pourrez faire du shopping, manger, profiter, regarder les dauphins ou mĂȘme louer des jet-skis! RĂ©ductions fournies si vous louez toute la maison!

Treasure Island doit son nom à un ancien hÎtelier qui a enterré puis découvert deux coffres en bois sur la plage. L'hÎtelier a affirmé que les coffres étaient remplis de trésors. La nouvelle de la découverte se répandit rapidement et les gens commencÚrent à appeler la région de Treasure Island. Treasure Island est adjacente à St. Pétersbourg et au centre de tout.

Paper thin walls - beware!

The place is cute and well-located and the team was kind and helpful, but
 there is no soundproofing between the units. You will hear everything your neighbors say and (unfortunately) DO! I had the misfortune of having an obnoxious man next door. Though the property management is certainly not responsible for his aggressive and disrespectful behavior, I think the sound situation should be addressed and language about respecting your neighbors should be posted in the units. The owner did give me a partial refund which was very kind. (I was too scared to stay another night). If you rent the entire place, you will enjoy it, but if you only rent one of the units, I hope you have better luck than me with your neighbors.

This place was perfect. Easy to get in and out in terms of access and parking. 100% would consider staying here again. Very quaint. perfect for the price. Just what we needed/ wanted for a quick 2 night stay at the beach.

Family Vacation

Very clean, but also very small. Fridge could be bigger. It's hard to keep both drinks and food cold. We had to borrow a cooler for ice etc. It's perfect for 2 people. The location is why we booked it. The ocean is just steps away and fabulous. Walking distance to Johns Pass and an ice cream shop. Lots to do and see. We had a great time!

Treasure Island

We had a great time staying in this little cottage. It was clean and perfect for our stay. You can hear neighbors in the adjacent cottage but we weren't there for long periods of time. The fridge/freezer is small but we just planned on going to the store a couple times. The smoke alarm went off while making toast. Moved the toaster to the screen porch to resolve. Bed was nice. The couch wasn't very comfortable but again we weren't there most of the time. I would stay here again if we're back in the area. Overall 5 rating. The small things I mentioned are typical of anywhere you stay.

Not so comfortable cabin.

The location was perfect. The bed was very uncomfortable. The futon couch was horrible. It was so small there was no place to put anything anywhere. Other than the location, the cleanliness and the person we were in contact with everything else wasn't worth it. Will not stay again.

We loved the property and had a great time. A few suggestions - somewhere to rinse the sand off outside, hooks outside to hang wet items when coming back from the beach. The plastic piece that covered the water well on the coffee pot was broken but we managed to use it. There were only 4 bath towels for the two of use to use during our week there, more towels would have been nice. I was able to get more from the staff cleaning the property next door. The tree was overgrown on the property and made it hard to navigate the path with our luggage.

cozy- great location!

We had a great time visiting this cozy cottage. Great beach access as well close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Great for two people! It has a small fridge and outdoor lighting was not working. I contacted via email about the lights, to which I had received no response. However, we would definitely stay there again!

This cottage was small but very clean! The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on in the evening and the TV was a little difficult to figure out for elderly but very nice place.

Great Beach Rental

This was a cozy lil cottage that was just what we wanted. Great location. 30 secs from the beach was great. We spent every day there. Shopping and dining were just 10-15 min walk away w everything u needed. Cottage had everything we needed. Only downfall was a dorm fridge instead of full sized. Tough to get groceries for the week. Overall it was a fantastic stay w great location.

On the beach cottage!

We enjoyed the stay and loved how close we were to the beach. We are older and it would have been nice to have access to some decent beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to drag the Adirondack chairs from the property to the beach. Overall though our Treasure Island stay was great!

Great time on Treasure Island

Nice little beach house. We had everything we needed. The refrigerator is small and challenging, but we managed with a cooler for some items. Walking distance to activities. Beautiful sunsets!

Had to leave!

My wife and I booked a two day stay. It was hot inside but we thought that was just poor insulation we discovered the next day it was because both windows were left open prior to our arrival. We went inside to close the windows and they would not budge. We were not comfortable sleeping there another night knowing our belongings were not safe let alone close our eyes at night knowing the windows were open in such a busy part of town! We had to pack our things at 9:00 at night to head back home because there was no where to stay. Called the property manager and all they did was refund us for the one night that we refused to stay. This cut our vacation short and we were charged the full cleaning fee/ booking fee. Did not feel safe. Neighbors are too close for comfort. Not happy. I hope the windows are fixed for the people who book this in the future.

Amazing location, but extremely thin walls

This property is located at the entrance to the beach. It is a perfect, quiet neighborhood that is in easy walking distance to restaurants, an ice cream shop and lots of shopping. The only downside to the bungalow is it has extremely thin walls. We heard EVERYTHING that the family in other apartment said and we could SMELL everything they cooked. Overall, this place is really great, but some insulation would really go a long way!

Perfect for two!

Rock Lobster #2 was perfect for the two of us. Small but all we needed for a beach vacation! The door separating the two units was not enough as we could hear every word, but we didn't spend much time indoors anyway. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable! We were close enough to walk to restaurants and shops and we saw dolphins daily on the way to and from dinner. The beach was a very easy walk 1 minute! Very beautiful beach! We highly recommend! Only two things I wished for....a washer and dryer and no connecting door between units. Otherwise, perfect!

Location

Location is so great, we didn't have any neighbors until the final couple of days, we could hear them quite well through the kitchen door, bedroom not at all. The fridge was too small for our stuff, but we got a cooler for the beverages, so food fit better. If you plan to cook, buy by the day, no stocking up. The tree leading to the door was very low hanging and with the stoop to nowhere, there was no room to avoid it. These are little things; overall loved our stay!

Tiny ocean cottage

The cottage is much what it appears on the listing. Clean and stocked with what you would need to cook, shower and sleep. The location is splendid. There's a boardwalk that begins right outside the cottage door. The parking spot was clutch. The only downside was that the door between the kitchen/living room and the adjacent space doesn't provide any sound proofing, so we could talk to the people next to us through the wall. Luckily, with the bedroom door closed, the sleeping area was not too loud. A great place to stay if you're looking to beach and explore, less so for spending lots of time in the space or for people who don't want to hear your neighbors. Also, I messaged the property company on VRBO and never heard back, sooo there's that. It wasn't an emergency, but a reply would have been appreciated.
