Guests will appreciate a fully equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day spent outdoors. Additional amenities include complimentary parking and a welcoming communal outdoor seating area

đ No parties or events â Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

đ€ Minimum rental age â The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
đ°Nightly rate â Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.
đ Guest list required â For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
đ Sign the rental agreement â Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
đ Parking â Please ensure you park only in the designated parking space assigned to this unit, which is labeled with the unit number. Additional parking is available across the street, in the garage at John's Pass, and on nearby streets where permitted â park at your own risk.

Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:

âą Age
â ïž UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETSâeven if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spacesâwill result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.
First Pet
âą $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
âą $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Second Pet
âą $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
âą $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.
RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.
The policy must:
âą Cover the entire duration of the reservation
âą Provide liability coverage for the pet
âą List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
âą A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.
Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

âą Bullmastiff
