Within 1 block to the center of town and walking or biking distance to the beach, the location is perfect.

This large 7 bedroom and 3 full bath home has 2 formal family rooms and a second-floor all-season family room that has its own walk-up entrance and balcony. The house sleeps up to 18 with 3 king bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 queens, a bedroom with 1 full-on-full bunk and 1 full bed (perfect for kids), a bedroom with 1 queen bed, and a bedroom with 1 twin daybed. The house includes a backyard with a grill and seating for 14 for dining al fresco.

When you stay at Corgie House, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at some of the best restaurants in Cape May, shopping on the Washington Street mall, cocktails at Congress Hall or The Washington Inn, 4 churches, and even the grocery store--all within a few blocks of the house. The house is directly across from the iconic Southern Mansion.

Guests should bring their own sheets and towels or use a rental service, but pillows and duvets are included. There is a washer and dryer on both floors. Off-street parking is available in front of the house for one car and there is unmetered street parking in the area.

2027 rentals are from Saturday to Saturday starting June though Labor Day. The house is available for shorter stays (3 night minimum) in the off season. Inquire if you want to stay longer or shorter.
