The dining room accommodates 12 guests while the eat-in-kitchen offers seating for another 6 guests.There is a sunroom on the second floor, overlooking Jackson St, set up with a small desk, if you are looking to check in at work or catch up on a good book. For those who really wish to relax, a private patio in the backyard provides space and calm to recharge. When its time to retire, or just a quick nap, the second floor has four bedrooms, two with ensuite baths and the third with a large, clawfoot tub, original to the house. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the third floor share a Jack and Jill bath, and views across the city rooftops. The Cottage at 37 has two offsite parking spaces, included with the rental.
