We had the BEST time at this cozy cabin. We come up to this area every year and by far this was the best time we have had. It's rare to visit a place and never want to leave the house đ. Plenty of hikes near by, Elk in the yard, and very bright stars at night. We will be back!
Our family enjoyed this special cabin so very much. We canât wait to return. Spectacular views from the large picture window. We loved eating our meals in the dining room that overlooks Moraine Park. Cabin was very well appointed. Especially loved the kitchen.
Our stay was just what our family needed. A relaxing location with an incredible view! The cabin was clean, comfortable and had a lot of nice accommodations. Our favorite time spent in the cabin was sitting in front of the big picture window looking out at the meadows and mountains. The location was ideal and lovely.
This was an amazing cabin with a gorgeous view of Moraine Meadow in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was so quiet & peaceful. Just sitting & watching out the windows was a vacation in itself. The night sky views were awesome. Definitely a unique experience staying in the National Park. Well stocked kitchen with space to meal prep & plenty of fridge/freezer space. Room for extra guests or kids if you want. Great place for hiking, fishing or just relaxing.
The cabin was simply perfect. Rustic, yet modernized, spacious yet cozy. The views were simply incredible. Elk, hummingbirds and chipmunks were near the cabin all the time. The river flows just a little ways away from the property. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. We canât wait to go back again!

Imagine elk gathering in your âfront yardâ or a traffic jam because a flock of Rocky Mountain Sheep is using the road. Or simply sitting back, looking at the mountains while listening to classical music. All of this is possible while staying at Ypsilon cabin inside Rocky Mountain Nation Park. If you can let go of cell phones, TVs and the Internet for a few days (all of which are available just a short drive from the cabin, then Ypsilon is just the place for you. Lots to do and great restaurants in Estes Park, or make your meals in the state of the art kitchen. You may never want to leave.
I liked all except the shower was slow to drain on arrival and required my plunging it to free it up for showers. The property manager sent a plumber after I did this, so it drained well on the day we left. The lack of trash removal or bear proof trash cans was a problem in that we had to take our trash to town. My friend was bit by possibly a spider in bed and this caused a stir. The space under the bed was dirty and full of cobwebs Otherwise, the kitchen, living room and location were wonderful.
Fantastic ! Rustic cabin with great view !!
Lots of wild life deer elk moose and squirrel :)
hiked Bear lake area and drove up Old Fall road
Trail ridge road was amazing ! Would stay again ! in a heart beat .
The cabin was so beautiful with awesome views of the meadows and mountains. The Kitchen was so well furnished with everything you'd need. Best place to relax after a though hike to Sky Pond
