This condo is 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.

Bighorn Mountain 19B is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular mountain views! Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.

The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and those beautiful mountain views.

The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.

The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The master suite offers a king bed, another flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower and two sinks.

The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub from your deck, while enjoying the surrounding views. (Private hot tubs are not intended for children.)

This condo has central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and heat, along with a fireplace, to keep it toasty in the winter. It is the perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Great Location!

We stayed here for four nights while we explored RMNP. The condo is comfortable and sits in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the Beaver Meadows or Fall River entrances to the park. It was perfect for us and we'd definitely stay again.

Very nice property! It was amazing having a view of the mountains out all of our windows! Great location, just a short few minute drive to the park or downtown estes. We would definitely stay again.

We were close to downtown to drive . We were able to reach parts of the Rocky Mountain National Park in minutes . Internet was horrible and cell phone service terrible but .... might just be difficult in the mountain area .

Quiet cozy condo

Quiet clean neighborhood just far enough away from downtown. You can get to anything you need in just a few minutes but avoid the crowds of downtown Estes Park. Condo is spacious and comfortable. Great to unwind in the hot tub on chilly nights after a long day of hiking.

Great views from covered deck

We enjoyed our stay. The space was well equipped and just as pictured. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed eating out on the covered deck. Because it is an end unit, we felt we had more privacy and better views - something beautiful to see on three sides. The community is up on a hillside outside of town, but not too far from shops or RMNP. We would not hesitate to book again.

Great Condo

I've been coming to Estes Park my whole life, grew up camping in RMNP. My parents got married there. It's like a home away from home, but somehow I was unfamiliar with the Mary's Lake area. Lovely! Very quiet with beautiful views. What a perfect location...secluded a bit, but being a short distance from everything. The condo was excellent! Super clean, comfortable. Loved the big sectional couch! Nicely decorated. I really appreciated the quality of everything. The hot tub being off to the side of the unit was a bonus. Aside from the occasional car driving by, it was more private than it would have been on the deck if you have neighbors outside. I brought too much stuff. This place was loaded with anything I needed. One minor fix? There seemed to be a motion-sensor light between the outdoor stairs and the front door. Sometimes I noticed it come on, but other times it was quite dark between the steps and the front door. Also wish the complex had a recycle dumpster. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! :)

Rocky Mountain national park visit

Condo was exactly as pictured and in an excellent location. The view is amazing. Our only negative was the mis-communication about the replacement of the water heater during our stay. This repair left us without water for several hours. The property manager did offer an alternative and was apologetic. Overall an excellent stay.

Beautiful Mountain Views w/ Great Accommodations

Very attractive and clean condo! 2 couples stayed there comfortably with beautiful views. It was close to Estes Park and easy to find. Well-stocked kitchen and baths, but could use more than 6 place-settings of dishes to avoid extra dishwasher cycles. :-)

Great Property and Location

My spouse and I really enjoyed our trip to Estes Park and the property. It was very clean and in a great location close to all of the activities. I would recommend staying at this property. The placement of the hot tub underneath the stairs to the unit above was a little surprising. I would think placement of the hot tub would be better suited on the deck off of the living room and kitchen in my opinion.

Nice stay

Thank you, you have a very nice place other than me thinking it was the whole upstairs and downstairs it’s only the downstairs view. The Heat wasn’t working and it was freezing weather when we arrived at 4am also it was so windy that the snow was coming through the front door seal. The managers contacted us and were able to get accommodated with another/ different Condo but I was just the whole hassle of the situation. We also Drove through a snow Blizzard going up the mountain back home. Other than that we Had a good stay

We had a great stay in 19B over Thanksgiving week. We cooked every meal in the condo - well equipped. Private hot tub was awesome - beach towels were provided. Being away from town was wonderful and the views were amazing. We drove into the Park everyday - so close.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful condo in a stunning area of our country! The views were beautiful. The support staff was very quick with help (our door code didn’t work) and the condo was in excellent condition. We can’t wait to come back!
