SituĂ© sur un terrain privĂ©, cette maison spacieuse fait un merveilleux refuge de montagne. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres (3 Queens et 2 lits jumeaux), salle de bain complĂšte Ă  l'Ă©tage et un bain de 3/4 Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur. Le salon est ouvert Ă  la salle Ă  manger et cuisine pour le divertissement facile. De lĂ , vous pouvez marcher sur la grande terrasse Ă  la vue imprenable et la faune. Le niveau infĂ©rieur vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ© avec tous les nouveaux tapis, la peinture et la nouvelle salle de bain. Il dispose d'une grande salle familiale avec un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat avec chaĂźnes satellite et un lecteur DVD. La laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse sont Ă©galement situĂ©s sur le niveau infĂ©rieur. Wi-Fi est disponible. Beaucoup d'espace extĂ©rieur pour explorer et profiter de l'ambiance paisible. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e prĂšs de Rocky Mountain National Park et l'installation du YMCA et de leurs nombreuses activitĂ©s. We had a wonderful stay and this property did not disappoint! We saw mule deer and a big bull elk from the deck! Had everything we needed! Steve was very attentive and accommodating when we had a special circumstance and request. When it is time to return to Estes Park, we will definitely check to see if this house if available!

Sweet piece of paradise on YMCA of the Rockies

Cabin accommodated my family and parents. Great location in proximity to everything in the YMCA. Lots of great parks nearby. Saw beautiful wildlife outside the windows everyday. A cabin we will visit and make more memories in.

Amazing home with amazing everything

This home exceeded all my family's expectations and needs. We loved the space it offered us for being together and the amazing views at all turns. While we did enjoy the surrounding attractions we were more than content to relax in this home's space as well! The home accomodated all our age group needs. From 13 ys old to 84 yrs old! There was plenty of bath towels and we appreciated the quality cookware in prepping meals. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the wrap around deck as well and saw wildlife daily! We made great memories here and hope to return!

Amazing cabin in a spectacular location

We stayed with our 3 kids (ages 3-10) and my wife's parents. Everyone had something to do, there was plenty of seating inside and outside (including an 8-person dining table) and there's a very cute tree swing just in back that the kids loved. The view from the porch is incredible, and the location is peaceful. We saw deer and hummingbirds every day, and we were able to walk to all of the YMCA facilities and several trailheads. Overall an exceptional property and a great stay.

Close to Rocky Mountain National Park

Perfect house for visiting Rocky Mountain national park. We hiked all day and came back to a very cozy home with a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Quiet Mountain Cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin. We saw elk on the property and heard them in the mornings. Thoroughly loved the wrap around porch and spaciousness of the all the rooms. Very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus extra. Very easy and quick communication with the host. Appreciated all the insider information about the local area and hiking trails. Would definitely book this cabin again when we come back to the area.

Family group for wedding

The house was absolutely perfect for a group. The outdoor space was lovely: a deep covered porch with Adirondack chairs was perfect for gathering and watching the wildlife and enjoying the unmatched scenery. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend.

A piece of heaven

My siblings and I took are dad on a bucket list and were lucky to find this beautiful property. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We spent most evenings on the wrap around porch enjoying the amazing scenery. We especially loved the nightly visits from a doe and her 3 little fawns. The house is conveniently located to town but has the remote feel.

Perfect location

So nice and quiet away from downtown traffic. Near RMNP and the nearby hiking paths are great. Saw lots of elk inside YMCA grounds. Accommodations were great, beds comfortable, lots of games, beautiful views. Very well stocked.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our stay at Recovery Room was wonderful. We enjoyed beautiful views in all directions from inside/outside the home. Saw a large amount of wildlife from the living room and bedroom windows. Comfortable beds and couches. Very well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation, with enough room to find quiet space in the house also. Would rent again in the future.

So quiet, private yet immediate access to all the YMCA camp amenities. Horseback riding with Jackson stables a highlight! Wish the beds were softer, but ‘‘twas a great stay!

Great place to stay!!

This was our families second stay at Recovery room, this time for Christmas and we had a wonderful time! Steve the owner is a very nice man and he makes sure that you have everything you need for your stay. The cabin is so warm & welcoming and has the feel of long time family history. You can't beat the location and the beautiful views and wildlife through the many windows. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Steve!

Great getaway!

We loved staying at the Recovery Room. Very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Saw and heard bugling elk, mule deer and turkeys on the property. The night sky was incredible! Even some toys and books for my little grandson. We had a great time.

This home was a great fit for our group of 7. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. We liked the private feel of the property and the fact that we could take hiking trails without ever getting back in our car. We like to get away from it all - and this was perfect.

Our Family vacationed every year in Estes Park, staying at the YMCA of the Rockies. My Grandmother talked of going up the mountain in a Model T. Dad stumbled upon this property while exploring the area. Originally, the intention was to buy 7.5 acres, but a survey revealed that the cabin was set over the property line, thus purchased 11 more acres of the 18 acres the property currently rests on. The well water comes from a mountain spring that provides pure, delicious drinking.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a place for families to gather, this place has special meaning to many of those who have stayed here. Wildlife abounds as they move up and down the nearby Wind River. Here Aspen, Spruce, Ponderosa, Lodgepole pines and fauna change with the seasons, never looking quite like the same space each time you visit. Hike up the river to hidden mountain meadows, serene lakes and breathtaking views starting from the doorstep. Hike into RMNP, avoiding the snarl of car traffic, hop on the Parks shuttle bus and effortlessly explore hop on the Bear Lake or Moraine Park Routes.

Many travelers take advantage of the YMCA of the Rockies many activities including swimming (indoor pool), horseshoes, craft center, tennis, mini golf, roller skating, climbing wall, massage, bike rentals, library, disc golf, archery, high ropes, talks around a fire, to name a few. visit YMCA of the Rockies website for full details.

You will feel as though you are in a secluded cabin, a million miles from anywhere and yet have downtown Estes Park a mere 5 mile drive. Step out the door and your on a trail into RMNP or along Wind Rivers Beaver Trail. This is set in and among natures finest with fresh, clean air and water as natural as Nature intended.
