We had a wonderful stay at this property just outside of Saratoga Springs! The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The showers were spotless and had excellent water pressure — a small detail that made a big difference!The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right on the water, making it the perfect getaway. Our host was communicative and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations — we couldn’t recommend it more!

The house was perfect for us. It is very well maintained. The view was beautiful. My husband fished off the dock every morning and caught a fish a day. The location was great as we could take day trips to other areas.

Serene Stay

Perfect place for 5 days with husband friends! Waking up in the am and having breakfast outside on the river was incredibly peaceful and serene! After spending the day in Saratoga, coming back to this relaxing little abode was just what we needed! As well, we blew a fuse in the kitchen and the owner showed up within 15 mins to reset it..Highly recommend this home to everyone!

It's an attractive, large, well-built property in a great location. We appreciated the large bedrooms and bathrooms. What we missed was a living room to gather in; the chairs in the kitchen were thin plastic and uncomfortable, and that's the only group gathering spot. We would have appreciated a good coffee maker; the rounded bottom on the stove top espresso maker provided caused it to not have contact with the induction stove top. We also would have appreciated a bottle of hand soap, shampoo (only a tea-bag sized envelope was provided), a starter laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.

The property was well kept with a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The kitchen was very well supplied for any kind of cooking or baking. The bedrooms were well placed for us, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down. My 8 year old grandson was as thrilled as he could be to take the downstairs bedroom with his own TV! We were also pleasantly surprised to find the backyard fully fenced so our two dogs could come out to the back with us safely. We enjoyed the firepit for smores at night and the dock for fishing during the day. The location was also perfect for us as we came to Stillwater to explore the Saratoga Battlefield Historic Park. It was under 5 minutes away, making it possible to enjoy the visitor center in the a.m., come back to the house for lunch and to gather our dogs and then to return to the park to explore the Wilkerson trails and driving tour. We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodations. The house is on a major road which was fine because it is well set back and we did not hear the noise of the road. It is not a good road though to walk dogs on. There are trails nearby that do permit dogs.
