Golf trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was fully equipped and a welcoming place to stay. Management responded quickly to a situation not of their doing ( golf clubs were shipped 3 days before our arrival and left on the porch). VRC contacted ownership who had moved them inside another secure area. All resolved in minutes. They really came through.

This property is very close to Red Rocks, Golden and Denver, The three places we wanted to see. The property had everything that was needed while we were there. Bonus was the hot tub and work out area. There were 6 of us there and we had plenty of room. Love this property!

Everything went as planned, was great as we had 7 people and two dogs. Plenty of room. Also was an easy drive to CSM for graduation. Everything was clean when we arrived and the space in the kitchen was definitely a plus.

Great location for a vacation in Denver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Lakewood. It was great location to get around town and into the mountains. The house was as advertised very spacious and very clean when we arrived. We did lose electricity for a short time but the owner brought us a light to help us get around in the dark as he lives close by. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone looking for a good spot to stay.

The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. It is much more comfortable than most. Beds we used were excellent. Loved the backyard. If the 3 mini split ac's are a deterrent to you dent let it be. It was mid nineties during our stay and it was very comfortable indoors. Excellent TV's. We did not cook but the kitchen was amazing. If we needed a tinsels we found it. Did not used the hot tub due to heat but we did look at it and it was very clean. Neighbors were friendly. Location was excellent. Each excursion we took was easy to access including Red Rocks for a concert. Would definitely stay here again. Three adults had plenty of space and separation if needed.

Had an issue with a blown fuse but it was fixed in a promptly manner. Only thing was the house is connected to a 3 car garage where people are living in.

The property was fine overall. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I do, however, have 3 complaints. 1) We traveled with 2 children under age 2. I reached out to the manager and asked if they had a pack-and-play crib. They said they didn’t and referred me to a place to rent one. I had to check an extra bag on my flight and carry my own through the airport with my kids. Upon arrival, I found one in the closet of the first bedroom I walked into (I primarily blame the management company for this). 2) The property is on site with the owners. It does say that at the bottom of the about the property section. If you look at the images, the owners live in an apartment above the 3 car garage. The huge driveway in the photos is actually extremely limited in space because it’s a shared residence. Also, there is a door from their apartment with direct access to the home. I had one of my kids napping near that door and heard voices on the baby monitor and realized they were coming from an adjacent room. That should be disclosed. 3) All of the check-in and check-out instructions are from a management company. They’re generic and don’t necessarily apply to this property. They send you a link to their website to sift through all of their material to find what you’re looking for. The management company makes it feel commercialized and impersonal.

Fantastic place! The house was in a great spot too with a great community and the distance to a lot of different places was perfect. Also really appreciated some of the cabinets and plugs baby proofed. They also had a high chair, great living room and the little gym was enough to get the job done.

Very comfortable house with everything you need

There was more than enough room for everyone, with a large kitchen, dining table and living room for everyone to relax. Its just a short drive to Downtown Lakewood and supermarkets. House was unique in that it has chickens in the backyard, a wonderful smelling flowering apple tree, beautiful house plants, a sauna, a piano and heated floors (!). Very easy to communicate with hosts and would likely stay here again in the future.
