Thank you so much, David! I’m glad you enjoyed the house and had a great time at Indiana Dunes. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback, Kelly! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and the thoughtful touches like the Nespresso and snacks. ☺️ Regarding the toilet paper, we truly appreciate your comment — it helps us improve. We’ll make sure to place a note in the bathroom to make it clearer that there’s a basket above the toilet for extra rolls. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you so much, Jackson! We’re glad to hear that the home worked well for you and your kids, and that everything was clean and well kept. We really appreciate your feedback and the suggestion about the vacuum – it’s definitely something we’ll keep in mind for future stays. Thanks again for recommending the place!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re always working to improve the home and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Regarding the outdoor patio furniture, as noted in the listing description, due to seasonal weather conditions in Indiana, this area is only available during the warmer months (typically May through September) and is not set up during colder months. Regarding the cleaning charge, our property has a strict no-smoking policy, which is clearly stated in the listing and inside the home. After this stay, there was a noticeable smoke odor inside the property that required additional cleaning and odor treatment to prepare the home for the next guests. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests and to enforce our house rules consistently.

Thank you, Michael, for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind words regarding the cleanliness and comfort of our home. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected heating issue during your stay. As soon as we were notified, we contacted our maintenance provider to address the situation as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, late-night service availability is limited in our area, but the issue was handled promptly the following morning. Guest comfort is very important to us, which is why a refund was issued for the affected night as a gesture of goodwill. We regret that this inconvenience impacted your experience and appreciate your understanding.
