Welcome to the heart of Victoria! Experience elegant urban living in this bright, high-floor corner unit located in the heart of downtown Victoria with SW and NE views! This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-balcony suite offers open city views, glimpses of the ocean and mountains, and an abundance of natural light through large windows.
Enjoy two private balconies — a spacious terrace off the living room overlooking the Inner Harbour and Sooke Hills, and a second balcony off the primary bedroom with views of Fairfield and the Olympic Mountains. Both are perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.
The suite features a welcoming entryway with two large closets, high 9-ft ceilings, and six closets throughout for ample storage — ideal for longer stays. The primary bedroom includes solid wood furnishings and a cozy lounge chair, while both bedrooms offer high-quality queen beds and generous closet space.
A fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a pantry closet. The open-concept living area provides comfortable, stylish seating with great lighting for day or night.
Located in the secure, quiet Belvedere building, just steps from Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel, Government Street, shops, restaurants, and more. Though central, the suite is set on peaceful Humboldt Street — offering a rare blend of city living and tranquility.
Approx. 1,100 sq. ft. of luxurious comfort in a premier location.
Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m)- If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: The building offers a bike room for bile storage. Free allocation.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
BUILDING AMENITIES: Large recreation room which includes TV and pool table. Two exercise rooms (cardio + weights) (M/F), minimum age is 16. Car wash on Ground floor of garage.
YOUR LOCATION: The belvedere Building is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the city's highlights!
Enjoy a stroll to Victoria's Inner Harbour, where you can enjoy street entertainment, take ferries, or join whale watching and sailing tours. Water activities include kayaking and paddle boarding, and you can explore the beautifully lit BC Legislature buildings and Fairmont Empress hotel at night. Fisherman's Wharf offers unique shops, food vendors, and fresh seafood among houseboats.
Nearby, the Royal British Columbia Museum and IMAX Theatre await, along with carriage rides and scenic tours to Butchart Gardens. Beacon Hill Park, known for its gardens and peacocks, offers ocean views and running trails. The Galloping Goose Trail runs to Sidney, perfect for active visitors. Plus, Victoria boasts a diverse food scene with plenty of restaurants and cafes to explore.

The Coho Ferry departs from the Inner Harbour for Washington State, and float planes fly daily to Seattle, Vancouver, Whistler, and Sunshine Coast. The Victoria Clipper passenger ferry goes directly to downtown Seattle, with ground transport available to other Seattle locations, including the airport. The Victoria Airport, 30 minutes away, is easily accessible via the YYJ Shuttle, located just one block away.
