This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home offers a luxurious escape with a personal touch. Each sleeping quarter is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, featuring its own private bathroom and TV, perfect for families or friends seeking both togetherness and personal space.

- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools *note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses

- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments

- The home is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk

-This house is non smoking.

-Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

*This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except we weren’t able to use the master bathroom. We look for air bnbs that have a big tub for our kids. Unfortunately when we used the tub we found a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. So we were not able to use the master bathroom.

Great Golf Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental property. We traveled with 3 married couples for a week of Golf in Myrtle Beach. For us, being away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach was perfect. This location has very close places to eat and shop and you have access to the resort next door. We enjoyed our morning walks to get coffee and beach walks. Very clean property with absolutely no issues. Would high recommend.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, but the master bedroom mattress was much too firm for our liking. We did not enjoy the surprise requirements by the company that manages the property to complete our reservation. Having to provide drivers license and credit card pictures through non-encrypted messaging is not a safe way to handle bookings.

Great house for a family or golf getaway. Sleeps 6 comfortably and is really close to the pools and beach. Highly recommended.

The house was clean upon arrival. We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was about a 10 min walk to the beac and sometimes you could catch the shuttle if it was driving by you. I felt comfortable letting my kids walk around the development and down to the pool and beach without adults.

Our stay here was enjoyable!

Very clean property and location was great! Walkable to the pool and beach area but we utilized the free shuttle pick up as well! We would 100% stay here again.

We loved the proximity to the beach and love the community in general. The house was clean. There was a pungent musty, mildewy smell that's very noticeable inside the home up entering. If that smell could be removed it would make the stay even better. Otherwise the home had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic.

The villa was very clean & location was very convenient . We had a couple of communication problems. #1 issue. We never received our code for property by 4pm Check In as instructed. Very inconvenient ! We still had a Great trip. Would stay here again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay in this home. We did have some trouble with the diahwasher not working, but property management was helpful in sorting that out and sending someone for repairs. Great location, not too far from the beach and pool areas.

What a welcoming feeling you receive from the owners of this beautiful home. Located a short walk from the beach with more amenities than you can imagine, this home offers vacationers the rest and relaxation they deserve. Talk about luxury! Pamper yourself in the master suite or invite friends for a cozy evening. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals if you like or you can choose from one of the many restaurants close by. This place has it all! Definitely returning!

A great retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provided an exceptional location for our girl’s getaway. Had everything we needed – spacious bedrooms each with its own bath. Plenty of space for gathering and a kitchen that was well equipped for our cooking needs. The the patio was a great place to sit back and relax.. The location is convenient and an easy walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property was clean and well-maintained and so much nicer than other places we have stayed at in the past. You won’t be disappointed.
