ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The property requires stairs to enter.
-Supplies are based on the number of guests on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate on your booking.
-There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay.
- Garbage, Recycling and Compost bins are located at the bottom of the hill, where Salmina Rd. meets Rosa Trail (the cans are located on your right if you're coming down the hill from our house) Trash pickup in on Wednesday's so please bring you trash out to the cans on or before Tuesday night.
-4-Wheel drive or all-wheel drive is advised in the winter months (November-March) to access the property. Vehicles with low clearances are not advisable due to road conditions.

DIRECTIONS:
- From Hwy 175 turn onto Salmina Rd. (landmark is Salmina farm's large barn and antique tractor).
-Follow Salmina Rd. approximately one-half of a mile to Rosa Trail (landmark USPS postal mailboxes).
-Turn right onto Rosa Trail and stay on Rosa Trail for approximately one-half of a mile (The last half mile is a dirt road, and the last quarter mile is a rough road. Vehicles with a low clearance are not advised).
When you reach the driveway at 10764 Rosa Trail make the first left turn on the driveway. Go past the first two homes on both sides of the driveway until you see the sign “10738” make a left (If you go pass the gate or another dirt road aka “Powerline Rd” you went too far).

Prior to reaching the garage on you left there is a designated parking spot. Please use this spot and leave the driveway right in front of the house clear so other guests can reach their spot past the garage.

Take out the trash to the cans located on the road where Salmina Rd. meets Rosa Trail.
Load and start the dishwasher
Leave all slept-in beds unmade
Please promptly pick up and dispose of all pet waste
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
