Hi, Iâm Patrick, co-founder of EXSTR Apartment Rentals based in Cali, Colombia. My journey to this vibrant city began in 2010, when I left Denmark to fulfill a lifelong dream: traveling by motorcycle from the United States to Brazil. That adventure took me through 18 countries and covered 54,000 km over 15 months. Along the way, I forged unforgettable friendships, one of which turned into loveâand led me to settle in Cali. Now, after more than seven years here, Iâm happily married with two beautiful daughters.
At EXSTR Apartments, we specialize in offering high-quality short-term rental properties. With over 100+ units developed and managed alongside our team, we are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. My business partner Harold brings his expertise from eight years at a Marriott property in New York, ensuring every guest receives world-class service. Together with our valuable team members, we make sure youâre always in good hands.

Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antonio.
Centenario Shopping center is only half a block away with coffee shops, ATMs, food court, cinema and lots of shops.
Reaching the prime entertainment districts of either Granada or El Peñon is also an easy walk or if raining just a few minutes in taxi.
Finally, as the cherry on top, one of the cityâs best restaurants, Platillos Voladores, is only one black away.

This beautiful apartment was created with attention to detail like few others. After traveling all over the world and building more than 100 units for the vacation rental market in Colombia, we know the little details that make a big difference for travelers. King size beds with quality bedsheets and great pillows. A/C in all spaces. Amazing hot water (although you barely need it in Cali), strong WiFi, noise reducing windows and walking distance to most things of interest, just to mention a few of the things that you will enjoy while visiting.
