Summary:
Welcome to Cali's coolest Penthouse Jacuzzi rental!
Conveniently located just two blocks from Granada - Cali's top Zona Rosa. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with a big terrace and outdoors dining area is the perfect match for couples, friends, executives, families, or digital nomads. It has fast WiFi, hot water in all faucets, A/C, smartTVs, and high-quality queen beds in all rooms.
The Space:
Designed to maximize the comfort of your stay: Amazing ceiling heights, quality materials, comfortable furniture, fast WIFI, curtains, blackouts and colors that will make you feel good.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious living / dining / kitchen area, and finally the a big terrace.
Each bedroom has A/C, 43" SmartTV, queen size bed and direct access to each their own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chair if you need to get work done. In one of the closets there is a safe for your personal belongings and valuables.
The living room has a 49" SmartTV and a comfortable couch for you to "Netflix and chill".
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc are supplied, and the outdoors dining table table is big enough to fit your entire group.
The outdoors area consist of dining table, bar that connects to kitchen, outdoors shower and a private jacuzzi deck with sun loungers in the back.
The bathrooms come with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper.
The internet is a 300 MB fiber optic connection that is shared with the other units in the building through a Ubiquity access point - the best on the market. No ethernet connection inside the apartment, though.
This apartment is located up two flights of stairs.
The total apartment size is 136 m2 / 1463 sq.ft.

Parking:
The building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There is a safe paid parking lot a few blocks away that we will happily guide you to.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. For this unit, laundry is $60.000 COP per load. It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $200.000 COP per assigned day, which includes change of water and chemicals in the jacuzzi as well.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building. It is your home away from home. Visitors are welcome as long as house rules are respected and the maximum occupancy of the apartment (4 people) isn't exceeded at any time.
We need ID of any visitor that spends the night in the event that Tourism Police should visit us.
The Neighborhood:
Granada is one our favorite neighborhoods in Cali, and for good reason: the Marriott, Ibis, and Movich hotels have chosen the neighborhood as the location for all of their new hotels.
Within a few blocks, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. It is known as one of the premier entertainment districts and zonas rosas. 6th and 9th avenues are packed with action.
Literally, everything you need is just a few steps from your front door: restaurants with world-class cuisine, dance clubs, rock ’n roll bars, brewpubs, coffee shops, home-made ice cream vendors, theaters, gyms, shopping, salsa schools and pharmacies are all located within a few minutes walk of Granada Executive Suites.
But it gets better than that. From Granada, you have easy access to the Centenario, Chipichape and Pacific Mall shopping centers and cinemas. Follow the 6th avenue south for a few blocks to arrive at the famous Ermita church, Plaza Caicedo and the river boulevard where people from all over the city (and world) come to mingle and relax.
In summary: quality accommodation and the city's best location. We promise you'll be hard-pressed not to have a good time in Cali.
Getting Around:
Taxi, Ubers and public buses are cheap and plentiful, but the true beauty lies in walking along the streets in the shade of the enormous ceiba trees.
At night it's best to not walk around alone. Always use transportation.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Free City Tour included:
As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
