Inside, three spacious bedrooms are outfitted with hotel-quality European King beds and noise-reducing windows, a rarity in Colombia. One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also feature desks and chairs, making it easy to work comfortably from home.
The living room is large and inviting, with a 55" SmartTV, while each bedroom has its own 43" SmartTV â all ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, plus essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Access is secured through a coded entry door, and all common areas are monitored with surveillance cameras. A nighttime doorman also circulates the property for added peace of mind.

Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (6 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed. :D
The Neighborhood:
The Centenario neighborhood makes an ideal location for anyone looking to explore Cali.
Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antoniođ.
Centenario Shopping center is only half a block away with coffee shops, ATMs, food court, cinema and lots of shops.
Reaching the prime entertainment districts of either Granada or El Peñon is also an easy walk or if raining just a few minutes in taxi. Chipichape Mall, a favorite among many, is just 10 minutes away by taxi.
Finally, as the cherry on top, one of the cityâs best restaurants, Platillos Voladores, is only one black away.
Getting Around:
I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 7.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.đ

To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

This beautiful apartment was created with attention to detail like few others. After traveling all over the world and building more than 100 units for the vacation rental market in Colombia, we know the little details that make a big difference for travelers. King size beds with quality bedsheets. Great pillows. A/C in all spaces. Amazing hot water (although you barely need it in Cali), strong WiFi, noise reducing windows and walking distance to most things of interest, just to mention a few of the things that you will enjoy while visiting.
