The cottage is just steps from a private bayside beach on a quiet dead-end road with views of Sandy Neck Lighthouse. It is within walking distance to restaurants, a playground, a marina (where you can board a Whale Watch or private fishing charter), and downtown Barnstable village where you will find more restaurants, a coffee shop, and our favorite one stop shopping spot, Barnstable Market! Also conveniently located near Rte. 6A and Hyannis, the hub of Cape Cod.

Enjoy the full eat in kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials (Keurig/coffee pods provided). You will also have access to an all-in-one washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a large table offering space for a group to eat. Relax in the living room on a sectional with a Roku TV so you can access all of your streaming apps. There is also a full bath with bathtub.

The whole cottage is equipped with Central A/C and ceiling fans are in the kitchen and living room. Also provided are:
