Beautiful apartment. Exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were so comfortable and bathtub and showers were wonderful! Perfect location. Definitely will stay here again!

This property was just as described and even better. It was clean and had all the kitchen supplies and lots of towels and bathroom toiletries.Laundry on site. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfy. The property was within walking distance to shops and dining. We will definitely come back again. Our host responded promptly. The couple suggestions would be to have a guest book on site because sometimes they have comments on great places to dine out and things to visit while in the area.

We loved staying here for our first trip to Duluth. It was right next to the lift bridge so you could run outside and watch the ships pass. Walking to Canal Park was quick and easy with a lot of things to see. Our 2 young kids loved exploring Lakewalk. Quick drive to Park Point Beach and a good base to drive to Two Harbors and Gooseberry Falls.The unit was clean, bright, and a prime location. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive over text.

This was a wonderful vacation spot. It was AWESOME that the host left us enought laundry soap and dryer sheets to wash our clothes while we were out watched the aerial lift bridge, exploring lake Superior, and sightseeing at Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls!!

Great walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants, etc. Beautifully appointed throughout the inside. The outside is still being landscaped.

Great location, clean, and suited us well. Beds were not very comfortable.....lumpy is a good descriptor. There was an issue on the number of bathrooms that ended up a non-issue as staff quickly clarified the count when questioned. I would have gone 5 stars everywhere except for the beds and the difference in baths between VRBO booking and the Heirloom welcome email (vRBO was 2, welcome email from host showed only 1, but staff said the VRBO info was correct and Heirloom made the error).

Rental team was very easy to work with - check in and out very simple. Property was clean and as advertised. Excellent location if you’re doing Canal Park activities. Only one minor complaint, the fitted sheets were missing from one bed, and on the other, they were not the right size for the mattress - pulled off at night. Everything else was excellent.
