Managed by Heirloom Vacations, a professional hospitality company with years of experience and tens of thousands of five-star guest experiences, this home is cared for by dedicated in-house housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure every stay meets our high standards. Park Point is one of Duluth's hidden gems—a peaceful peninsula surrounded by Lake Superior with miles of sandy beaches, walking trails, and breathtaking lake views. Was hard with a young family, (5 month, 2 year, and 4 year old) had to spend extra time at the rental. Could use a good deep clean but likely due to it being the end of the vacation season. Overall nice just harder with a young family

My husband, our son, daughter-in-law and our granddaughter had a great vacation in Duluth. Sea Glass Cottage was clean with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The reason I rated this Vrbo good, instead of excellent, is that the deck off the kitchen has a broken railing, which is a safety concern. In general, the two decks off the kitchen and the living room are showing signs of aging and need new coats of paint, etc.

The location was perfect. I don't think I read the description clearly to see that it was a shared fenced in area. We didn't run into an issue with this and our dogs, but it still made me nervous. The accommodations were comfy. The house is well-loved.

This was our second stay here, and we will be back! I love the location and the home is very comfortable. Although we did not bring them this time, it is a plus to be able to bring our dogs. * I would recommend knife sharpening and tightening of the dining room chairs.

This was the perfect location for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and pathways along the lake. The house, overall, seemed to be well maintained. I will definitely keep this property is mind for future stays.
