The Space:

Make yourself at home in our two-bedroom apartment. Enjoy privacy with two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed.



Our full-kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and dining essentials. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals.



The living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests (extra bedding available for a fee).



For added convenience, a washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels for your comfort.



Callowhill neighborhood is vibrant and conveniently located near City Hall, Center City, Reading Terminal Market, and Chinatown, offering excellent dining, shopping, and nightlife options. It is well-connected by public transit and great for jogging to the museum or a short drive to work. While the area is lively and occasionally has some noise, it remains a pleasant and appealing place to live. Just be cautious when walking outside during the night, as Philadelphia is known for safety issues at night.
