"Casa De Palma" est une villa 3BD / 2BA, dotée d'un jacuzzi chauffé surdimensionné avec une fontaine.
La villa est très proche de Siesta Key (beaucoup d'invités s'y promènent à pied ou à vélo, à environ 1,5 km).
'Casa De Palma' propose 4 grandes télévisions à écran plat, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une superbe salle à manger, une connexion Wi-Fi, une offre télévisée étendue, un barbecue à charbon et à charbon de bois, un chariot de plage avec chaises longues / parasols et bien plus encore.
En face du quartier, il y a un centre commercial Publix avec un certain nombre de commerces et restaurants, un bar et un centre commercial plus petit avec encore plus d'options, littéralement à 5-7 minutes à pied.
La maison est située au coeur de South Sarasota et il est très pratique de monter et descendre de la clé.
Nous pouvons également fournir une assistance pour les sports nautiques, la location de bateaux, la pêche, la location de vélos, des billets pour des événements locaux, etc., en assurant des tarifs préférentiels à nos clients par le biais d'un vaste réseau de sociétés affiliées que nous avons créées au cours des 12 dernières années.

Sarasota offre un système de transport par bus très sûr et pratique. Les taxis Uber, Lyft ou ordinaires sont également une excellente alternative aux transports en commun. Siesta Key propose des promenades gratuites de n'importe quel point de la clé à n'importe quel point de la clé.
Nous pouvons organiser le transport GRATUIT de et vers la clé (pourboire et selon disponibilité). S'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir au moins une semaine à l'avance si vous êtes intéressé.

Nothing to complain about. Only issue we had was regarding beach towels and they took care of that promptly and bought us a bottle of wine! They had great recommendations on places to visit/eat while in town! Super friendly! Clean home.

Close to the beach!

You are in your own piece of paradise when you stay here. Many amenities available. Ven, our host was always available when needed.

The pool pump outdoor outlet had to be reset due to the storm the night before. We also would like to thank our back office and extremely reliable maintenance, plumbing and electrical staff for fixing issues in the shortest time possible. Spring break getaway

The communication was above and beyond expectations. The transportation to the beach was great. The amenities were wonderful. Totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely go back.

Perfect vacay

Mom and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the beach that was very close by, and having the grocery store in the same neighborhood made it convenient to get any last minute necessities. This is a perfect location made easier by us having a rental car, but you could easily uber everywhere you need. The home was clean and spacious, and best of all we got to enjoy the pool between our beach time.

Great Location for Sarasota and Siesta Beach Activities

Nice house in a perfect location for enjoying the activities, restaurants and arts scene around Sarasota and Siesta Beach. It had all the amenities we needed, plus some nice extra touches. The hot tub, pool and entire backyard area were great bonuses. Communication with Ven was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Has a great feel. Property manager was fantastic (brought us ping pong paddles right away when asked). Neighborhood is ok, but easy access to other areas.

Great place

Nice place with 3 bedrooms. Back yard deck pool & hot tub were super. The extra non-VRBO owner fee ($60) was odd, listed but I forgot about it & got locked out after being let in. Odd, but vrbo mgr very responsive & helpful. Would return there for sure for sarasota area lodging.

The fee is separate from all VRBO charges as described in the listing and it helps offset pool equipment maintenance, replacement, pool heater cost, monthly service, etc... the fee the moment is $30/night. Large family fun

My wife and I and our four adult children loved our stay here. The back yard heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, grill and covered patio made for awesome evenings after being at the beach all day. Publix is within walking distance as well as many other conveniences. The host was very prompt and easy to reach, but we had no issues. We definitely recommend this property.
