Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.
These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.
-HEATED POOL: The pool heater is available Nov1-March1 and is considered an add-on amenity, so please let use know before your arrival if you would like to have the pool heater for your stay. It is an additional $95/day to keep the pool heated.
-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 5 vehicles (including a golf cart). There is overflow parking located at the community pool(first come first serve)
-There are 2 exterior security cameras. One located in front of the house and one in the backyard.
-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, it is common to encounter bugs because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
Interaction with Guests:
During normal business hours 9am-5pm you can always message from Airbnb. The emergency contact is provided for after-hours.
