Bracken Hill Guest House - Quiet country retreat near Eugene and wineries

Escape to this quiet country guest house located on 20 fenced acres. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Eugene and 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport, you'll feel worlds away at our wooded property in the heart of Southern Willamette Valley wine country. In fact, the neighboring property is a 40-acre vineyard with tasting room!

The guest house sits on 20 fenced acres which includes a small pond, garden area, open pasture and some forested acreage. Guests will have access to property, but not residents' private swimming pool.

Our guest house is a cozy two bedrooms (one king, one bunks) that will sleep up to 6 with the queen pull out couch in the living room. All bed linens, including extra blankets, are provided.

The bathroom has a small shower, but no tub.

The kitchen has an apartment-sized refrigerator with small freezer, toaster oven, two-burner hot plate, and microwave oven. Complete table setting for six is included along with all cooking utensils to cook meals, including blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, mixer, etc.

There is a small dining table available inside as well as a bistro table and chairs on the outdoor patio. Gas BBQ is available for use outside.

The living room features a flat screen Smart TV, ROKU for streaming services, digital antenna, and Blu-Ray player. There is also a Wii console with a few games for additional entertainment. Free Wifi is included.

The Eugene airport (EUG) is approximately 12 miles from the property. Rental cars are available at the airport and in Eugene. Maps of the area, including winery guide, calendar of events, and a local restaurant guide are available at the guest house. Numerous brochures about things to do in the local area are also available.
