Un étage, joliment décoré, 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec salon spacieux, cuisine complète avec appareils en acier inoxydable et salle de bain moderne. Planchers de bois franc dans toute la maison et foyer fonctionnel dans le salon. Buanderie sur place disponible. Grande cour arrière clôturée privée avec espace gazonné paysager, bacs à fleurs, grande terrasse et barbecue. WIFI dans toute la maison. Honeywell Hypoallergenic Air Filtration System, utile aux personnes allergiques. Système de sécurité ultramoderne à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Une grande allée peut accueillir 2 véhicules et un parking dans la rue est également disponible.

Le Quack Shack est idéal pour les réunions de famille. Idéalement situé et à quelques pas des commerces et des restaurants. Apportez un vélo ou profitez des lignes de bus qui sont à une courte distance de marche de votre porte. Vous êtes à quelques minutes du Hult Center, du marché du samedi, du campus de l'Université de l'Oregon et de Hayward Field, ou du stade Autzen. Il est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de la région viticole de la vallée de la Lorane, à moins de 60 minutes de la beauté des eaux vives du fleuve McKenzie et à moins de 90 minutes pour faire de la randonnée ou du ski dans les Cascades.

Love the Quack Shack!

Our family had a great stay at the Quack Shack and Marta was wonderful from start to finish. The home was cozy and perfect for our family as we moved our Duck into her dorm. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Eugene. Thank you for a great stay!

Close to Autzen Stadium

Clean home, close to campus. The owner will make you sign a separate contract, give your drivers license, and names and numbers of all people staying at the property. There are also a lot of cameras in the home, including in the bedroom. Supposedly they are off but I put towels over them. Ice home with everything you need.

Terrible neighborhood

The area is very run down with boarded up houses nearby, junk in front yards of many houses, roads in disrepair. We had no problems but for the price, expected better.

Fabulous experience!

The house is easy to find, safe and clean neighborhood. It was perfect for our family visiting our freshman at University or Oregon. Everything is 6-8 min away.... easy to get to campus, great restaurants, downtown Eugene and Springfield! There is only 1 bathroom but it was glorious, it's a double shower with amazing pressure! The internet was fast and the couches/ chairs were comfortable! We loved having a washer and dryer so we could come home with clean clothes! It was a little rainy during our visit so we didn't get to take advantage of the cute backyard. It would have been perfect for dinner or reading on the deck! The house was easy to check in and check out! The host was very friendly, offering many local ideas for activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The Quack Shack is great for visiting the Ducks

We had a lovely family weekend stay here to visit our freshman at U of O and watch Ducks football at Autzen. The Quack Shack is clean and well-appointed with comfy beds, a lovely bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious and cute backyard/patio. Five family members and a doodle stayed there comfortably. Less than 2 miles from Autzen Stafium and about a ten-minute drive to campus. We also enjoyed two local Springfield shops just a few blocks away: delicious ravioli and tomato sauce from the friendly folks at Benedetti’s Meat Market & Deli, and Juvenal’s Bakery for Tres Leches cake for a family birthday.

A quacking good time!

A charming stay for UO graduation for our family of 4. Convenient to get to Autzen stadium. The home is well taken care up with updated bathroom and everything was so clean and easy to find! I appreciate a charming home that has plenty of clear spaces and mirrors. Important bc it was a little challenging for 4 adults to share one bathroom! We were not there very much but loved spending our last afternoon on the back porch with lovely garden just hanging out with our graduate.

Fantastic experience!

The house and owner are lovely. The back yard is immaculate and zen like. The home is located right near Autzen Stadium. The kitchen (and outdoor BBQ) have everything you could possibly need, but it was easy to get Uber Eats, GrubHub and DoorDash deliveries when we didn't feel like cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well maintained with extra towels and blankets and the beds were very comfortable. A+ experience!

I booked this home for a group of men working on Fire Mitigation. Long 12 hours days made this home a great landing place as the check in and out station was The school in Thurston! Great experience, clean, easy to communicate and it had all they needed! Thank you again.

Best kitchen for cooking!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. This is a great house to rent. Beds are comfortable, nice shower, back yard and patio inviting and the kitchen was exceptional. This house has anything a family could need.

A wonderful Home

This is the second time we have now stayed at this home, and it has become the go-to home for us, each and every time we visit the Springfield/Eugene area. Marta is the most excellent host. Her communication is prompt and is totally focused on you having a great visit. The house is wonderful and our dogs love the back yard. Highly recommend this home to anyone

Just Ducky!

The Quack Shack is beautifully renovated. Comfy beds and huge shower were highlights. The back deck and grill made dealing with social distancing easy. Marta is the best owner we have rented from, very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend the Quack Shack and look forward to our next visit!
