We loved the place. It was close to the bus stop, the light rail, & Minnehaha Falls. Very clean & quiet. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This is the second time we have been guests of Andrew. It is a perfect location for us as it is just three blocks from our daughter’s home. It is wonderful to come visit and feel like we are part of the neighborhood. The house is clean, quiet and safe. We had a great time playing trivia at Venn Brewing, walking to coffee places. A really great stay!!

Great place, great location

Our stay was great. The host was very responsive, it was clean and had everything we needed. All instructions were very clear and simple. The property location couldn't be beat - we spent a lot of time walking to and around Minnehaha Falls and really enjoyed the area. Venn Brewing was a great pitstop! We would definitely stay. here again.

Best experience i have ever had

This place is SPOTLESS. You could smell how clean it was when we entered. Everything is modern, bed is comfortable, water pressure excellent, neighborhood is perfectly located for walking to the falls and they even included doggie treats and bags, even though we didn’t have a dog. This host thinks of the little details and it was appreciated! 100000% will return!

Minneapolis - Minnehaha Falls & Mall of America

My children and I had an exceptional time exploring Minneapolis, Minnehaha Falls, the dog park & Mall of America. We loved the short walks to all the places near by & the short drive to MOA. The place is centrally located to many great attractions. The home was clean and Andrew was very attentive making sure we were settling in and reached out to see if we had any questions. I highly recommend this sweet spot for your stay.

VERY IMPRESSED

I had to come to Minneapolis for surgery so I rented this place for 4 nights. It was just as appeased in the photos! I had an issue with the large living room tv, messaged Andrew and he was very fast to respond and instruct me on what to do! I was so pleased with his help and kindness! I also had to return to my dr on the day we were supposed to check out and he was so kind that he gave us an extra hour to check out, we didn’t end up needing it but it was nice to know we had it! The bed and couch are so comfortable! I actually slept better on the bed and couch than I ever have at any hotel. It’s a very quiet and secure building and neighborhood, I truly have nothing negative to say and we WILL be coming back! Ajv

My wife and I stayed at this property with our 9lb dog for 12 nights. Owner was incredible to communicate with and was very responsive. Property has been updated and was impeccably clean. Fenced yard is private and was a huge benefit for our pup. Cub/Walgreens/Holiday all a quick walk away and Byerlys is a 3 min drive. I would recommend parking in the ally (rather than the street for ease and privacy). A little noise between the two units but was muffled. Internet speed adequate for video conferencing and streaming. Overall, I would recommend this to any friend or family member :)

Great home and location

My 15 year old and I stayed here when we came to Minneapolis for a concert at Uptown Theater. We stayed for three nights and were so happy that we chose this VRBO rental. We parked on the street in front of the home and never had issues finding a spot. The neighborhood is very nice and we found it easy to get around Minneapolis from this location. We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. There are several options nearby for picking up groceries for cooking. The communications on check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. We hope to return to Minneapolis again and will stay here when we do.

Great location

The house was older, but had modern updates and very clean. The location is very central and a short drive to the mall or down town. Several beautiful parks near by. The host checked in on us several times. The only down is that noise carries pretty easily from one side of the duplex to the other. You could hear the other tennant walking around and it made me very aware of the noise i was making. Just the nature of a duplex i suppose. Lovely spot and Host

Unit was even nicer than the pics and had many amenities that always makes the stay special for us. A refrig with water/ice dispenser, coffee grinder, great towels in bathroom and location (close to Minnehaha Falls/Park, which was lovely). We'd certainly stay again!

Perfect for 2

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and family over a long weekend. We usually stay with them, but this time they had other family sleeping in their extra bedroom and we didn't want to sleep on air mattresses in the living room, if you get what I mean. This place was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax in the late evenings after spending the days filled with family. It was nice to have our own space. We never felt uncomfortable in this part of the city. It's within walking distance to Minnehaha park, which is beautiful. Parking was easy, either on the street or at the back of the property. It really is a little gem.

Wonderful hospitality!

Our first vrbo experience and we will be back! I came to visit with family and this place is very close to them. Very clean comfy place..... and where dud you get those sheets? So soft!! We hope we can return in the near future for our next visit.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location

Lovely place with everything I needed for my stay, including a fenced backyard for my little dog and easy walking access to Minnehaha Falls park. In a great neighborhood too! The only challenge is the shared yard space when the other renters also bring a dog - but we worked it out.
